What do you like best about the product?

I like that it is super user friendly to use.

There is nothing I dislike about Procore.

Saving a lot of time from back and forth from jobsite to office.

Tight integration between other project management software/ scheduling programs/ facets of construction practices.

Initial cost. Pricing can be a hurdle for smaller companies. The performance of the app is fantastic though.

Quick information transmission between gc and trade partners on site.

It’s great software for managing complex construction projects, especially because of the wide range of tools they provide for coordinators.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the tools can be a bit complicated and confusing to use at times, and the videos don’t always help when I need clarification.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore helps solve common construction challenges such as poor communication, scattered project data, and a lack of real-time visibility. It brings everything—documents, schedules, and budgets—into one platform, which makes it easier for teams to stay aligned and work from the same information.

For me, this means saving time, reducing errors, and keeping projects running more smoothly and efficiently through better coordination.

What do you like best about the product?

They used to be the clear leader in the industry, and for a long time they really were great. However, their pricing is ridiculous, and we plan to leave once our contract expires. They’re also quickly falling behind in AI, and with AI, about 90% of what Procore can do can be developed essentially for free. Overall, it feels like they’ve shifted into a “we have enough customers, so who cares” mentality.

What do you dislike about the product?

The drawing interface is terrible. Bluebeam 15 years ago was a better interface than what procore has today. Also cannot word search entire spec book, only sections. This is a pain when searching for stuff.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven't really seen procore try to acknowledge issues we've brought up in the past. They only ever say they will pass along our notes to their developers then nothing happens.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Procore for project management, and it helps with organization. I find Procore seamless, and I really like the ease of bidding a job. The initial setup was easy, like cake.

I use Procore for project management, which streamlines my organization's processes. It provides seamless interactions and simplifies bidding jobs.

Procore is great because it keeps project management, communication, and docs all in one place. The real-time tools for teamwork and project control really help keep everyone on track. This cuts down on delays and makes things run smoother from beginning to end.

Procore tackles construction project management by bringing together info, comms, and docs in one place. It helps teams collaborate better, cut delays, and stay on top of what's happening. So, everyone can make smarter choices and stay accountable from start to finish.

The ease of learning. Visuals, Transcripts and voice over made understanding easy.

Nothing. I had a great experience. I will encourage others to use.

Ease of documenting Projects. Especially the Financial Management aspect.

The interface is too boring. Procore can involved the user interface.

I like the implication of BIM models in Procore. It's great that BIM models for our company projects are easily available through the program. Additionally, I can highlight and add notations to certain parts of the model where more information is needed. I find it pretty easy to work between desktop and mobile with Procore.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m new to the program, so far no complaints.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore makes BIM models for our projects available, allowing us to highlight and annotate parts needing more info. I also like the easy transition between desktop and mobile.
