Great for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps drive daily task while out on the job site between not only subcontractors but also the architect and ownership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools are not very accurate when using measurements on the plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes it very easy and streamlines any changes to the documents by the architect directly to all users on procore so the team is always up-to-date.
Simple and Satisfying Experience

I wish the tools for measuring were a little closer to the ones used in Blue beam

the way it gives update on data entry.
Procore Makes Project Tracking Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a space for the entire project to be tracked. From bidding to closeout. Everything is right at your finger tips. Each tool is set up the same way so if you can use one tool, you can use any of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to using Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problem of keeping everyone on the same page. Everyone involved in the project can access the information they need when they need it.
Easy to Use, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, and I like that all my projects are organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a concern, and it's frustrating that you have to purchase additional tools for safety and quality separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is useful for financial management and budget forecasting.
Procore: Great All-in-One Solution, but Acumatica Integration Needs Improvement

I love how Procore acts as a one stop shop for all my project needs

Connectivity with Acumatica can be a struggle at times

We're able to create our commitments in a timely manner and streamline our processes.
Procore is super user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
love how user friendly it is. Procore also offers a lot of tutorials and assistance Incase you do find something your stuck on they can help work out a solution with you
What do you dislike about the product?
overall love the site, I wish filtering could also capture more fields or custom items set up. the new 360 reporting tool is great but crashes or takes forever to export a report
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with keeping files the most current as all the information is posted instantly to every user.
Efficient Data Organization and Helpful Support, but Underused Features
What do you like best about the product?
It provides one consolidated platform that allows you to organize all of your data so that you can spend more time building in the field and less time sorting through files. I use it every day on my job and the customer support team is always quick to help with any questions that might come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are a lot of features that Procore seems to offer that I don't think my company is currently taking full advantage of

It is solving the organizational issue with the excess of data on such large projects
Procore: Industry Standard Without Depth and User Support
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has greatly improved communication and serves as the single source of truth. With all its integrated tools, it has definitely become an industry standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore tends to be a lot like Mcdonalds. They do a lot of things somewhat well and it looks cool but its not to the depth that we would like. they also tend to have terrible follow-up for users once they get the tool. people feel left in the wilderness.

They are solving housing all of the ongoings of the project in one place.
Great App for Elevating Trade Leaders and Field Accessibilty
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible it is for all trades that work on the project. Being the GC I have seen the app help elevate trade leaders on the project to a more professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not ran across anything as of yet. I use it in the field

It allows me to have all information in one place versus using several tools to do so.
Great Interface and Streamlined Processes, but Slow Load Times and Export Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore's interface, and the the way it allows us to keep all project Data in one place. I also like how it has streamlined our subcontract process and our subcontractor payment process
What do you dislike about the product?
Crazy load times for the budget view and Change events on larger projects. I Also really don't like that I cannot export quantities from Owner Invoices or supplier payment detail. this is available in PDF but qty does not appear in the exported CSV
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
360 reporting, and the budget views are making life better. Also being able to run reports on specific custom fields is a no brainier. Seems like our old system should have done this.
