What do you like best about the product?
I used Procore on another project invited by our client. It seems pretty easy to maneuver the modules that are needed for a project to run smoothly. I like how everyone on the project gets a notification when there's something pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it long enough to dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to work with our clients that use Procore already.

Usability especially looking through drawings and also the measuring tool is dreadful.

tracking correspondance is the main purpose that we use it for and also it is good for tendering

I have rolled out and used Procore in two companies over the last five years, and I’ve seen first hand how it stands apart from other construction platforms. Once our teams implement Procore on their projects, it quickly becomes clear that it’s more than just another software tool — it’s a productivity booster. It streamlines the more mundane processes, helps track and chase actions, and reliably shares information across different disciplines and levels within a project.
The user interface, whether on a laptop or a mobile field device, is intuitive and easy to navigate for all skill levels, even for those with limited IT experience. What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It sometimes feels like an age from hearing about improvements on the Roadmap to them actually landing on your platform but this isn't really a negative, more a perceived frustration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has taken the processes we use every day on our projects and centralised them in easy to use tools that otherwise would have been a mix of spreadsheets, folders on a server and other manual data input processes. With very little change to what a manager has to carry out in their normal day-today we can extract live reports and positions across our approval processes, QA checklists and documentation, drawing and document management and schedule monitoring, linked across different tools within the package. This removes double entry of information and allows automated reporting at scheduled times across different tools to the stakeholders of the projects.

Organized, Widely Used, and Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything in Procore is organized, which makes tracking questions and milestones in projects seamless. It's incredibly efficient for communication, especially in managing contracts with workers on-site. Having all elements on a single platform simplifies the process and reduces the need for extra tools. Procore's wide usage and popularity in the industry also motivate me to continue using it and stay updated with industry standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it very difficult to set up the actual Procore account. Additionally, I don't understand why using Procore requires having a job or home funding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for familiarizing myself with construction management, as it enhances my resume and helps me learn industry-relevant tools. It offers organized communication features, streamlining project and contract management on a single platform.

The attribute that I like the most about pro-core is its ease of use and the endless capabilities.

There is nothing that I dislike about it.

It solves multiple problems from jobsite specifications confusion to scheduling issues.
So I have been away from Procore for a little while, but this is a must have tool for any project!
What do you like best about the product?
A few Videos and Procore is user friendly, even for those old dogs. If you want something that is going to streamline your Projects & lighten the workload on your already overworked Construction Management Team, this is the ONE!
What do you dislike about the product?
To me and several of my co-workers that have spent a lot of time in the field, it can be a bit overwhelming jumping into Procore from some of the lessor than Platforms. But give it a week and you will become best friends with the new Procore!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that with a few clicks of a mouse I have everything I need to know about any Project I am assigned to. No matter if I come in during the Bid, Design Phase, Pre-Con, or Constuction phase, Procore gets me up to speed in no time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like procore a lot, it is a very useful portal and livechat is always available to assist me when needed. We use it a lot everyday and it makes jobs easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are just so not intuitive, especially as a subcontractor. Things that are similar like timecards does not work at all for us. Also, implementing was a bit difficult and took more time than it should have. Also, the sales team is just not helpful with helping me understand how Procore worked from the beginning, it's got better the longer we've been with Procore - but that is mostly bc I learned it myself by doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes office to field information easily assessable and is very helpful with billing/accounting. Super clean and live chat always helps when needed.
