Procore software and service
What do you like best about the product?
I think procore is a great One-Stop shop for all things construction management. The amount of customization that can be tailored to your specific project makes it all the more functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you reach a roadblock the only way to figure it out is to reach out to helpdesk which can get tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping me with combining multiple different aspects of project management all into one, which makes everything so much smoother and easier to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an useful tool to have records and control of your projects. With custom tools and dashboard. Procore team is so helpful and always ready to teach and facilitate learning with interactive courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs information to be updated in order to make your data more efficient.

Having standar communication between projects, having all the date be in one place

Can't think of any function I am not happy with.

We have had a minor glitches with the desktop version but tech support was on it quick.
Very helpful and easier then use paper prints that can get messed up. Notified faster on rfi’s

Very easy to use. The Procore course is helpful and showed me things I didn’t know I could do on the app

Sorta hard to calibrate to measure other things but still possible

Keeping up with rfi’s and current drawings. Helps by knowing we are doing things right the first time.

Procore solves the problem of scattered project information by centralizing contracts, budgets, and communications. This helps me stay organized, save time, and avoid costly mistakes.

What I like best about Procore is how seamlessly it brings all aspects of a construction project into one centralized platform. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to collaborate with teams both in the office and in the field. Features like real-time updates, document control, and task tracking help reduce miscommunication and keep projects on schedule. It's incredibly efficient and has significantly improved our workflow and accountability across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is a powerful platform, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of features and tools available. The learning curve is somewhat steep for new users, especially those who are not tech-savvy. Additionally, some customization options can be limited unless you're on a higher-tier plan. That said, once you get used to the interface, the benefits generally outweigh the initial challenges.

With tools that centralize drawings, specifications, models, and coordination data, it allows our team to work from a single source of truth. This improves accuracy when reviewing design changes, identifying clashes early, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
By streamlining document management and model collaboration, Procore reduces rework and helps us catch potential issues before construction begins. As a result, we save time, reduce costly delays, and improve overall project planning and coordination.

Helpful organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to the construction industry and can't imagine learning without the use of Procore. It is a great organizational tool and helps walk you through the necessary steps towards setting up your project for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some financial tool features are confusing. Such as creating a change of events then moving that into a change order. Then if there is a mistake, it is quite difficult to find where and how to delete it.
