What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Procore offers a clean and easy-to-use platform, which significantly aids me in navigating through various tools without feeling overwhelmed. Its intuitiveness across tools is particularly valuable as it ensures consistency, making the learning curve much shorter. As a construction management student, this intuitive nature allows me to transition smoothly between different modules like RFUs and submittals, as the workflow remains familiar and easy to grasp. This seamless shift not only boosts my confidence but also enriches my understanding of industry-standard project management processes before I step fully into the industry. Furthermore, my experience of engaging with Procore has been straightforward and enjoyable. The initial setup felt concise and intuitive, and the overall engagement with its modules is something I genuinely appreciate. The platform's engaging interface makes learning captivating, giving me little to no reason for negative feedback. That's why I confidently rate it a perfect 10 for recommendation.

I use Procore to learn industry-standard project management processes, easing my understanding of real project management before entering the field. Its clean, intuitive interface and consistent tools reduce the learning curve, making learning seamless across different modules.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Procore's simple outlines, which are easy to use and ensure that my workflow is smooth and uncomplicated. The availability of templates is particularly beneficial as it provides a solid foundation for my projects, significantly reducing the time and effort required to get started. The inspection, notes, and photos features are indispensable, offering comprehensive tools that keep all necessary project documentation in one place, which streamlines communication and keeps everything well-organized. Procore's organization is exceptional, allowing it to meet project needs efficiently without requiring extensive customization or additional tools. Additionally, the account creation process was straightforward and uncomplicated, saving me from unnecessary hassles often encountered with new software. Overall, Procore facilitates seamless project management, greatly supporting my work projects on both tablet and phone, and I would highly recommend it.

I dislike the lack of offline options in Procore, which poses a challenge in areas with poor internet service.

I use Procore to organize project notes and records efficiently. It's simple to use with easy-to-follow outlines and helpful templates. Features like inspections, notes, and photos enhance project management.

Sometimes it may be slightly confusing, a lot going on.

Exceptional Historical Archiving and Databasing Features
What do you like best about the product?
I think the historical archive and databasing are the most functional aspects of Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are options for naming photos in Procore, not all of the tools can utilize this. I personally use my phone to capture photos and add them as attachments with a name on daily reporting. It is a bit of an extra step, but then the photos can be accessed later for reference on lessons learned or to illustrate how something was accomplished in the past. An easier way to title photos would be greatly appreciated.

Procore excels at enabling multiple entities to collaborate in one place toward the project's objectives. Each organization or individual involved can access the same shared data, ensuring everyone stays informed. Another advantage is its ability to store historical knowledge, which allows teams to reference past information and gain valuable insights for future projects.
Procore Perfected Our Construction Process
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore since March 2025 for our new site, and it has proven to be a great software. I frequently use tools like Daily Report, RFI, Submittals, and Correspondence, which are tremendously helpful for our site overview. Procore allows us to get site information in minutes, and the convenience of accessing it from a mobile phone adds to its utility. I find it very easy to use with no lag issues, and I personally enjoy the Submittals tool because it consolidates all submittal comments and attachments efficiently. The RFI tool, Daily Log, and Submittal tool are among the most valued tools for me, functioning exceptionally well. Additionally, the customer support team is commendable; they facilitated Zoom calls and scheduled weekly meetings for our managers and staff when we faced initial learning challenges, which greatly helped us in mastering the software. Overall, Procore has been perfect for our needs, and I highly recommend it.

Procore provides instant access to site information on mobile, is easy to use, never lags, and its Submittals tool efficiently manages comments and attachments, enhancing our site overview.
User-Friendly UI with Extensive Certification Options
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to navigate and provides tons of certifications for different areas of expertise based on level of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A con to the vast array of learning tools, it almost seems to be a few too many. It can lead to learning the same basic functions over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of managing the inspections process of the project I have to do. It benefits me because it stores all of the projects from myself and predecessors that have used the program. It will also benefit us for record keeping and sharing with our consulting teams and contractors.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore acts as a central hub for learning everything necessary when using the platform. In addition, they offer solid educational resources on standard construction practices.

There is nothing I dislike about ProCore. My entire experience has been smooth and enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am completing this certification as part of a class, but I believe the experience will also benefit my career.
All-Inclusive Project Management with Procore—Everything You Need!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the program is all inclusive. It has everything you need to successfully run a project.

I cant think of anything i currently dislike about Procore.

Its solving the problem of having different documents stored in different areas. Its all in one place and easy to find in procore.
