Avid Procore User 15+ Years
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is by far one of the most user friendly construction programs out there (and there are several). However, the support available at any moments time and ease of use supersedes my expectations when working in a fast paced construction industry. There is absolutely nothing Procore does not cover. I've been using Procore for over 15 years and have always had an amazing experience with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload times sometimes with large files when you're working in a fast paced construction setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating several programs used into 1 Platform (Procore).
Efficient Construction Management with Scope for Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
Procore offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed specifically for construction management. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, even for site teams. Modules like RFIs, Submittals, and Daily Logs work seamlessly and offer great transparency across teams. The document control and version tracking are reliable and ensure the project team is always working off the latest information. The mobile app is robust and supports remote collaboration well, especially in field conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is feature-rich, some modules can feel too rigid, especially when adapting to local construction practices outside the U.S. The customization capabilities for workflows and forms are somewhat limited compared to tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud. Integration with cost management tools and external ERPs also requires more flexibility. Additionally, reporting and dashboard customization can be improved to match project-specific KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps solve the biggest challenge in construction — fragmented communication and lack of centralized data. By providing a common platform for project teams, consultants, and contractors, it ensures everyone is working from the same set of documents and real-time information. This significantly reduces errors caused by outdated drawings, miscommunication, or unclear workflows.
For me as a digital construction consultant, it benefits our projects by streamlining workflows like RFIs, submittals, site diaries, and safety inspections. It eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools, improving efficiency and accountability. Field teams capture data directly via mobile, which improves transparency and decision-making speed. Overall, it supports better collaboration, quality control, and project tracking — essential for large-scale construction.

Amazing software!

This is the most intuitive software I have ever used. Everything you can think of that you need, it has, and even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its alot to remember. They are a lot of little settings and ways of doing the same thing over, and that can get tidious to use.

It is keeping track of payroll and daily reports.
Procore Use for Industrial Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an integrated engineering and construction management tool. It is polished and user friendly. Procore includes free training across all of their modules on using the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any dislikes with this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool that provides all the modules for an EPC organization to integrate all aspects of execution
I really liked using the platform.

It is very comprehensive, it has everything needed to work with the tools it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overwhelming to know that there are so many things, but at the same time, it's what makes it so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can group all the work on a single platform, whereas before we had to use many, now it's just one.
Older people can learn new software
What do you like best about the product?
The help menu and offerings make it easy to learn the software. The drop down menu is a great tool to remind you of areas to fill in. I like how things link together, how a RFI can easy turn into a change order.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to put some time into watching the videos and read the help screens, but it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
document management. I like how RFI's, submittals, change orders are all under the same house. I would have to open up different spread sheets for each one before.
Project Manager: Core Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great Construction Management software. It allows for great collaboration between all trade partners. I appreciate how versatile Procore is. There are many ways to utilize the software, it is up to your team how you would like to interact with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. Luckily, Procore does have a plethora of resources to train employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts, Submittals, RFI's, Directory, Meeting minutes, Budget updates, easy access to project specific drawing and specifications.
An easy friendly platform.

The way you can interact with various software's in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the training you need to take in order to access it. But then I understand why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the General Contractor and the PM Company is using PROCORE.
Easy enough and quick enough to get me up and running
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Procore is streamline processes and improve safety implementation for our people. It helps prevent injuries and illnesses by letting us send problems as we see them in real time on the app with photo and video and facilitates communication and that is very important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know what I dislike yet since I just started using it. It seems cool in the fact that it integrates to the email system that we use already!

ProCore helps note what changes are happening, why, and nothing hasn't been thought of.
