Using Procore as a Groundworks Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Procore is the ease of use compared to other software programmes. It is very easy to connect to other contractors so everyone can see all information for a particular job/site. The iOS/iPadOS applications make viewing all the information particularly easy when out on site. It also updates very quickly so as soon as something is uploaded (documents/photos etc.) any user can view these near instantly. The customer support is also great, whenever I have had an issue (usually user error!) the live chat function has worked brilliantly and has been very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult when you try to add people to a job/project. It is hard to understand if someone has been added to a group and what their permissions are without delving into the detailed settings. Also it would be nice to be able to delete projects that you were perhaps unsuccessful with at tender stage, I have found that although you can make them 'inactive' I would like to be able to delete them to avoid any confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped our company keep connected between different projects and improve the avenues of communication we have on a day-to-day basis.
A comprehensive and user-friendly construction management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Procore brings all construction project information into one centralized platform. I especially appreciate how easy it is to use tools like Estimating, Cost Catalog, and Takeoffs. The interface is intuitive, and the training provided is excellent — it made onboarding smooth and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools require a bit of time to fully learn, especially for those without prior construction software experience. It would be helpful to have more interactive tutorials or scenario-based guidance for new users.

Procore is helping streamline project estimation, budgeting, and communication across teams. It consolidates multiple workflows into one platform, saving time and reducing errors. Having all data in one place improves collaboration and project tracking significantly

I would like member packages that include a number of app integrations and no need for downloading external apps

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is generally known as EDMS in Construction Project Management. It manages complex projects such as document management, drawing, specifications, modules and bid submissions. As different project has its own needs, It can be customized on a set up for project advantage. It has unlimited storage, and complex project with high volume of data needed to store can take advantage of this features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need to have proper training depending on the users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several process of document submission can merge on Procore and it can streamline process of submission of several documents. Process flow can also be integrated and eliminate sending email.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how straightforward all the tools are. I like the helpful tools and community as well. I use this every day at my job, and I integrate other software's into it like Microsoft and Bluebeam.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I don't dislike anything about the software.

Procore is solving our companies' issue of project management, file organization, and planning.

If you don't have knowledge about Procore, its almost impossible to use

If i cant find any information, i can always rely on Procore to have everything i need about a job

Great explanations and easy to use training material.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the training provided with the software. Most beneficial is that it holds all the documents and they can be easily viewed from desktop or the app. The customer support is also great, I used it for the first time earlier this week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I do like about Procore except that it is another application which requires training to be productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is serving at the holding place for all project related files. It is beneficial because the project manager, superintendent, and the sub contractors all have access to view and update files.
Procore ensures as a contractor we are always looking at the latest drawings.

Updated drawings - ensuring from the office to on site we are looking at the same drawings. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to share.
