Great software for document management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and all revisions to documents and drawings are easily traceable. It is also very helpful that items can link to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some file formats are not viewable, and larger pdfs also take too long to view on Procore and needs to be downloaded instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single platform for collaborating and editing documents.

I like that Procore is able to be adapted to a companies needs. We are working with Procore to develop the software that works best for us.

All the changes, but it's making things better and easier so I don't mind dealing with it.

We are able to reach out to procore staff of customer service and work to resolve issues we have with the software or work to change the program for the better.

Procore allows every level of users to navigate the software with ease. The information is vital to the overall workflow of the project. Everyone in the construction industry should be using Procore.

Not enough industry professionals are using it.

easy to navigate, type in any word associated with your search and everything possible pops up

getting information to employees, less phone calls for information
procore is a good tool, but sometimes it is hard to track the submittals if not properly entered .

keeps things organized for all of the information flowing.

It needs to be a little more user friendly. The submittals sometimes go away for no reason and then need to be uploaded again.

Keeping track of all of the information flowing back and forth between the sub contractors and the GC
