Excellent tool for companies

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you organize your tasks and work in the best way, also you can share information with teammates and work together on different projects. It has become a daily tool to use at the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to study the tools to really learn how to use them in the correct way. It takes time to learn everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep everything organized and on track with the estimating/projects department. We can keep all the information about the project on Procore.

What do you like best about the product?
We work primarily on remote projects, being able to provide field personnel with access to documents can be a challenge. Procore also enables our field personnel to monitor and be updated in real time with necessary documentation all within a single platform. Procore also enables the administrative tasks to be managed with fewer shifts between different programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on remote locations, access to internet or even cellular signal is a challenge. While this is an accepted challenge in accepting these projects, increased reliance, as with a digital platforms, exacerbates this and results in parallel processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of bid management is helpful, having a project set up from inception to completion would have many benefits, but some relevant granularity in construction phases is burdensome in bidding stage.

What do you like best about the product?

More ERP integrations needed, Tender board needs to have more filters, once you inactive a project it gets removed from the tender board

All the tenders in one place, showing the status of each of them
All the projects in one place, able to manage the progress

What do you like best about the product?
Easy accessibility for different users makes it convenient. Quite often I would see foremen/field workers utilize it on their phones to review the latest and greatest drawings for their use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the amount of notifications I receive in my emails that I cannot necessarily control if I’m added on a distribution. Sometimes due to volume of emails coming in, I may miss the critical ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me all the tabs necessary to easily access all my necessary data, including drawings, RFI’s, documents, financials, daily log photos, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to produce, fabricate, review, submit many types of documents on the jobsite, manage and procure information in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some details and items on Daily Logs are not to friendly on a phone app version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, Drawings, Timesheets and Document access.

No Other Competitor Worthy Of Comparison

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best is how the modules are interconnected. I can pull an Observation into a Change Event, roll that into a Request for Quote and then use the same CE for a Subcontractor PO and Prime Contract CO. It makes it so easy to verify scope, keep track of quotes and reconcile change orders. We also love that we can convert awarded bids to Subcontracts/POs - no double entry.

My favorite module is Invoicing and Pay, which takes the headache out of compliance and wondering who is eligible to get paid.

The Budget tool is amazing once you learn how to make it work for you.

Procore puts everything into one place: Compliance, Safety, Financial Management, Preconstruction - you really don't need much else other than accounting software. There are so many apps that you can expand it in whatever direction you need to go - you can even pull in your emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the complexity of multiple modules, I think it can be hard to learn and this hinders implementation. It does a lot, but you have to do a lot of research to figure it out. I do attend the webinars whenever possible and that's where I've learned the tips and tricks that make it easier to use.

The Preconstruction tools are strong, however, there is no RFI tool.

Lastly, I wish the reporting was a little easier to use with more ability to customize and fine tune. For example, I want to create a budget report for all jobs that just reports that grand totals and I can't do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is mostly solving our headaches in the Preconstruction module, making it possible to get more done without adding staff.

What do you like best about the product?
I really submittal and RFI tool. These are helpful for tracking purposes. other thing is we can access to subcontractors so they can directly raise RFI and submit Submittals. Also, permission tool helps a lot with two tools as you can alter someone access as required

Other tool I really like is 360 reporting as you can create multiple reports with different tool which is really beneficial daily. I have create concrete log from daily report
What do you dislike about the product?
Timesheet tool - I found some discrepancies in this tool as it doesn't allow the option to import a monthly log into this tool. You need to do it one by one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting. Before using Procore, I had to create reports in excel every month like a concrete log, expense sheet but with Procore by using 360 reporting, I created sometemplate and just add filter and download report at the end of the month

Procore has the ability to cover all construction administrative task and organizes everything into one platform. Where information can be restricted or shared

Procore has continued to improve. Most issues I initially had have since been improved upon.

Great platform to administer the Contract during the currency of the Project

What do you like best about the product?
Change management process. The way changes are created from Change event to PCO to PCCO's from the Client side and then further to issuing CCOs to Trades. Further I would like to add the tracking of documents such as RFI's , drawings, correspondences, emails related to specific event such as changes, delays , is great and very user friendly. I use Procore every day and is part of how I start of my day. It is easy to use an can be implemented in various types of industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
In case of Payment application, the use of excel is much easier to use than in Procore. Probably, the integration is not easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change Management process. It is very good for tracking changes and issuing them to Client and Trades.
