What do you like best about the product?
I think Procore is really cool because it's pretty easy to use and really good for handling a lot of processes. The detail boxes make everything clear and legible, saving time in meetings or out in the field. I like how Procore integrates different kinds of software all into one, unlike when I had to use multiple programs before. The ease of having everything connected in one place helps a lot as I'm not switching between screens. Also, I think the initial setup was very easy. Procore's reputation is great, and it pretty much has everything I need plus some, which is why I would rate it a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in regards to Procore, some things could be minimized, like the length of the courses. It's kind of an inconvenience because the courses take about three hours, which, as a student, can be tough to fit into a schedule. Especially when we have to complete the certificate quickly, it's challenging to adjust our schedules. Shorter, more interactive videos that are straightforward would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore minimizes questions with its detailed certification course, making it easier to learn than other software. Its all-in-one functionality helps me mark up plans without switching screens, saving time in meetings or the field.

I like being able to keep all my files uploaded as a backup system, just in case my computer dies.
Great for organizing drawings, but pricey and slow with frequent reloads
What do you like best about the product?
Procore does an excellent job of organizing information. It has a relatively short learning curve and support is solid. Implementation can be self performed with little involvement from support and there are a ton of resources online. I basically use this every single day, primarily for drawings as I like the way they handle drawing revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is prohibitively expensive and, while marketed to specialty contractors, is very clearly geared to the general contractors. I also find the website incredibly inefficient in how it is coded. Almost every action requires a full page reload and you can't preview PDF files forcing downloads on the regular. For this reason, we often store the documents in a cloud drive separately so we don't have to constantly redownload when jobsites often have data limitations. Lastly, I find the mobile client drawing downloads unreliable and you are regularly left waiting while trying to work something out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects now often have multiple changes throughout the lifecycle. Procore does an excellent job of organizing drawing sets and handling markups associated so that the entire team has the information they need without having to rely on slipsheeted sets.

Procore has everything to need all in one place. From budget to communication and RFIs, it is very organized and ensures that you have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore does require a lot of setup and customization by admin-level users, which can add complications and make the initial process more involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is extremely useful for managing on-site issues, change orders, punch list items, and inspections. It helps connect every level of workers and managers on a project, which can make the process of addressing—or even preventing—issues much more streamlined and easier to follow.

I like Procore for managing construction projects because it keeps everything in one place for quick review and analyzing. I appreciate the easy navigation and workflow it offers. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore because it's easy to navigate and collaborate with others. The drawing revision feature is very handy as it time stamps everything, and as new sets of drawings are released, you can see future revisions before they are published, so we know in the field that potential changes may be forthcoming. I had no issues with the initial setup as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unable to attach documents to meeting minutes/agendas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for document storage, communication with the design team, tracking open items, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and meeting minutes. It's easy to navigate and collaborate, and drawing revisions are handy with time stamps.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Procore for project management and finances at my company. I really like how simple everything is to configure and it consolidates everything we need into one platform, which makes it super convenient to manage our work. The initial setup of Procore was easy too.

I think the fact that some defaults can't be configured is a little weird.
