Procore is a very good tool for Construction Firms.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation of clerical tasks that prevents the need to hire people to perform the same tasks. Very beneficial archive system that eliminates the need for hard copies and the associated file cabinets, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has modified the Help Process; it seems in-person help is much less available. We prefer live conversation over "chat" help.

Proving good job cost tracking and projection process for our Company.
Procore is amazing and is extremely convenient

Glitches- it seems to be complicated for certain items. Security levels restrict access for subs on some items.

The accessibility and how easy it is to use.

Adding new people to projects can be a pain, deleting photos in bulk is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing everyone to work together in one central database, makes scheduling and everything else easier.
Powerful Tool, but Overcomplicated and Overpriced for most companies
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are clear and why you are here in the first place and most likely why you are reading this review.
The ability to micromanage a team and everything involved in a project is top notch. There are many ways to dumb down the software and get what you want out of it, however there are 5 ways to accomplish the same thing in the software and I suggest learning all of the ways and figuring out the easiest and simplest ways to use things for your less tech savvy team members. For example when an issue comes up on site, the person can either 1. upload a photo 2. create an RFI 3. Open a correspondence 4. Create a task 5. Create a punch item 6. Attach a photo to a drawing. 7. Punch Pin a drawing...Take your pick there is 10 ways to do 1 thing in this software and 3 of them are automatable.. kind of complete overkill but really excellent for a tech savvy and automation orientated company.
Integration is pretty smooth. However no one ever uses it on our team when I need them too and it causes it to be a bit unorganized and behind on most tasks so frequency of use is important.
Customer Support is usually pretty decent

What do you dislike about the product?
Putting the absurd pricing structure to the side, one of the biggest downsides of Procore is its complexity. The platform offers a staggering array of tools and features, many of which go unused by companies with more straightforward needs. For businesses that don’t have dedicated project management teams or tech experts, navigating through Procore’s interface can feel like a full-time job. What’s meant to streamline workflows often ends up creating confusion, and many users find themselves spending more time figuring out how to use the platform than actually managing projects.
Training employees on the software can take a considerable amount of time, and even then, some features can still be underutilized. Instead of providing a simple, intuitive solution to manage construction projects, Procore often feels more like a complex enterprise tool designed for much larger organizations with the resources to properly leverage its full potential.
Implementation is Impossible with older subs who are used to doing things their way. Needs to be extremely barebones for them to use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore actually ended up creating more problems than it solved so far.
A great portal for information, updates and the ability to direct submit

There is not much yet discovered that we find unfavorable or dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight and client communication as a tool is essential and Procure allows for a more seamless production.
Procore has made everything easy to handle for my 70 million dollar project.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Procore is having everything in one place. From contact information of everyone involved in the project to punch list in one work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing in Procore would be when viewing plans through a web browser. Sheets seem to lag when viewing them through a web browser. Using the Procore app does not have this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that Procore helped me solve was the punch list for my projects. Before using the punch list feature on Procore, our engineers would take their own notes and send that list to the architect. The architect would then send a PDF to us and then we would send that list to our subcontractors. This would make it hard to track open and closed items since there was not really a good way to filter the list. Procore punch list made the process way easier and more efficient by having the list in one place. It was easy to filter all the items by scope, unresolved, open, and closed, which was a time saver for us. I can go on with regards to this specific feature but Procore has been easy to use and user friendly to new people that have never used Procore.
Procore improves local government road and bridge project delivery

The Procore finance tools are tools are powerful, and owners can manage their entire portfolio of projects in one place. Procore continuously strives to improve the product with new updates and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The owner experience needs some improvement. The daily log tool needs to be to be directly connected to the finance tools. The workflows are good but need improvement so that they can be customized by contract not just by project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts, invoicing, financial and project management all occur in the same system.
Procore for Inspections
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of having everything in one location. I can take photos from my phone or tablet and not have them take up memory on my phone. I changed my "App Preferences" to not store on device. I take my photos directly in the App and it cuts out a step.
Using it daily, i like the ease of adding notes in real time to my daily log with the app.
When I have had questions on how to implement the use of reports into schedule, customer support was very responsive and helpful. They were able to answer my questions quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
A minor inconvenience is that there is not an option for multiple daily logs for a single day. When working a large job with multiple inspectors we have to share a log
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows all information, including photos, Daily logs, drawings, and documents to be kept and accessed from one place by everyone involved in the project.
