ProCore for on Site Mnagement
What do you like best about the product?
The observation and punch list tools. These are great for documenting issues in real time as you are walking the project site and then assigning to the responsible party for correction
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the safety reports could be improved. The descriptions are not always applicable to each item in the field. Maybe there is away to add new items such as "Ladder inspections" and I am just overlooking it or need more training.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore as a subcontractor for about a year now, and I must say it’s an excellent tool for project management, especially for larger teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading large files, the process tends to be quite slow unless I refresh the page. I’m not sure if this is due to my network, but regardless, Procore remains a solid ERP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy follow up and documentation.

Scheduling, communicating with contractors, keeping everyone up to date on upcoming tasks. Who's those tasks are and who is completing.
Very complete software for project management. The best in the market

It's very simple and convenient. It's very easy to navigate

The software hasn't got to Colombia yet and sometimes the time to load

BIM problems. The accuracy of the information

Keeping everything in one program and being able to issue RFP's, RFI's and COR with a click of a button makes doing the job that much easier.
Best Project Management software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the best software to use for both in office and in the field project management. Managing drawings, bidders, budgets, photos, daily logs all within one app is INCREDIBLE.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a bit of a learning curve.. but they do provide plenty of support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing budget, vendors, drawings were all something that were headaches, and then we subscribed to procore.. and the headaches went away
Easy to use and customizable product.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is user friendly and most things are customizable for our particular company and needs. It makes it easy to share information with external partners on projects and those in the field. Customer support has always been very responsive when I've had to reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are not currently customizable, particularly when it comes to reporting. Making these more editable and customizable would be helpful. Sometimes there's issues in having updated documents flow between Odrive and Procore's website.

Procore is helping us solve communication issues and delays.

Customer support is fast and accurate.
Email option for each RFI, submittal.... Great to record relevant conversations.
The option to link to the ERP works great for invoicing and vendors control.

What do you dislike about the product?
The colours. There should be an option to setup the them with different colours; especially to identify different companies and different projects. At least different companies.
It could improve the scheduler option to adapt more MS project capabilities. I have to be honest I haven't dive too much with schedules on procure as it is not implemented in my job, but I remember from the training.

The integration with the ERP ensures any payment is preapproved by the PM formally, before AP releases any payment.
