Reliable Construction-Specific Solution with Robust Support
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Procore's excellent onboarding support, which made the initial setup process smooth and hassle-free despite not having on-site specialists. I find the data and document management features, such as handling drawings, correspondence, submittals, photos, and snag lists, to be incredibly valuable and beneficial for managing my real estate development projects. Additionally, Procore's quality management capabilities have notably enhanced my workflow. The features such as correspondence, drawings, and the snag list are particularly useful because they offer flexibility while being specifically tailored to the construction business field. I also value how Procore integrates with other tools I use, although some, like Fieldwire, have peculiar pricing tiers, and others aren't industry-specific. Overall, Procore stands out as the only construction-specific platform with no strong real alternatives, which makes it a worthwhile choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that there is a lack of on-site specialists, which can be a bit of a drawback despite Procore's excellent onboarding support. Additionally, I'm facing challenges with the financial module, which I believe needs to be more flexible and better adapted to the EU market, especially in terms of the payments section. Also, when integrating other tools like Fieldwire, I've encountered issues with their confusing pricing tiers, which can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for data and document management, including drawings, correspondence, and snag lists, enhancing quality management and project-specific needs effectively.
All-in-One Project Management, But Some Features Feel Overly Complex

What is most helpful about Procore to me is how many applications it has for a project. Procore creates a one-stop-shop so that you can out all of your documents in one place.

Certain applications have an excessive amount of steps.

I don't have anything off the top of my head, but I guess just make it simpler. So people can use it at a moment's notice.

I use Procore for my punch clock and time sheet, simplifying time tracking. It helps me access and study architectural blueprints, enhancing my knowledge and access to company projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about procore is the easy way you can communicate between the partners, and that you can easily have the newest dwg, or pdf with the updated information

That not every person understands the surface, and you can´t export to excel easily

That you can upload with the exact geolocation the report of where the problem is

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Procore serves as a one-stop-shop that makes collaboration seamless and keeps us connected and up-to-date. I really enjoy the real-time analytics features, as they are pivotal for making informed decisions. The attention Procore pays to its customers throughout the implementation process and beyond is just unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up Procore to be a bit difficult, which might have been compounded by our purchasing the entire suite and attempting to implement it all at once rather than phasing in modules gradually. Additionally, integrating Procore with Viewpoint's Spectrum, our accounting software, has been a struggle due to the lack of readily available connectors, requiring us to develop custom solutions with third-party companies. Furthermore, the safety module in Procore requires a significant amount of improvement from its current state, and there is a need for a dedicated warranty module that is currently lacking.

Procore centralizes tools, enabling seamless collaboration and empowering partners, keeping us updated and connected. The real-time analytics feature is pivotal for decision-making.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile experience is good. I deal in mobile architectures and practices. Sometimes taking the extra cost to build native for mobile is the best way forward. Instead of a common react theme that is really meant for web, you get mobile first designs that follow industry standards. And you can have more control over a tailored experience. It’s simple enough as is but doesn’t really fit into mobile best practices for UI/UX

The cost to license can be prohibitive, but there is strong ROI if you stick with it.
