1. Limitation on tools based on the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As on project multiple person work and their documents and drawing for project is important for everyone connected with so the procore provide the connectivity in project.
As all the tools are user friendly. Just with click we can update our project data.
What do you like best about the product?
Relatable and accurate related to the project. Customer support is the best. Features are clearly displayed. It is easily integrated into a new project. Daily use makes it easier for implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never encountered any but it needs more visual tutorials, showing where to click and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our daily data related to a specific data is easily uploaded and updated.

Not being able to automate certain tasks that are required or repetitive is not ideal.

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of the best things about Procore is how centralized it is. Everything—whether it’s project management, documentation, communication, or even financials—is integrated into one platform. That makes it so much easier for teams to collaborate and keep track of project progress. I also love the level of customization available with permission templates, so you can really tailor access based on your team’s specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say one of the potential drawbacks of Procore is its learning curve, especially for new users. With so many features and tools, it can be overwhelming to get the hang of everything right away. While the platform is incredibly powerful, it sometimes takes a bit of time and training to fully understand how to use it efficiently.

ommunication and Collaboration: Procore centralizes all communication and project updates in one place. Instead of emails getting lost or people missing important updates, everything from RFIs to daily logs is stored and tracked in real-time. This ensures teams are always on the same page and reduces the risk of miscommunication.

Procore is great to have so that I can have documentation of literally everything so that I can fall back on when needed.
Using Procore as a Groundworks Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Procore is the ease of use compared to other software programmes. It is very easy to connect to other contractors so everyone can see all information for a particular job/site. The iOS/iPadOS applications make viewing all the information particularly easy when out on site. It also updates very quickly so as soon as something is uploaded (documents/photos etc.) any user can view these near instantly. The customer support is also great, whenever I have had an issue (usually user error!) the live chat function has worked brilliantly and has been very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult when you try to add people to a job/project. It is hard to understand if someone has been added to a group and what their permissions are without delving into the detailed settings. Also it would be nice to be able to delete projects that you were perhaps unsuccessful with at tender stage, I have found that although you can make them 'inactive' I would like to be able to delete them to avoid any confusion.

Procore has helped our company keep connected between different projects and improve the avenues of communication we have on a day-to-day basis.
A comprehensive and user-friendly construction management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Procore brings all construction project information into one centralized platform. I especially appreciate how easy it is to use tools like Estimating, Cost Catalog, and Takeoffs. The interface is intuitive, and the training provided is excellent — it made onboarding smooth and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools require a bit of time to fully learn, especially for those without prior construction software experience. It would be helpful to have more interactive tutorials or scenario-based guidance for new users.
