Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really submittal and RFI tool. These are helpful for tracking purposes. other thing is we can access to subcontractors so they can directly raise RFI and submit Submittals. Also, permission tool helps a lot with two tools as you can alter someone access as required
Other tool I really like is 360 reporting as you can create multiple reports with different tool which is really beneficial daily. I have create concrete log from daily report

What do you dislike about the product?
Timesheet tool - I found some discrepancies in this tool as it doesn't allow the option to import a monthly log into this tool. You need to do it one by one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting. Before using Procore, I had to create reports in excel every month like a concrete log, expense sheet but with Procore by using 360 reporting, I created sometemplate and just add filter and download report at the end of the month

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has the ability to cover all construction administrative task and organizes everything into one platform. Where information can be restricted or shared
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has continued to improve. Most issues I initially had have since been improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to organize and share information on one Platform.
Great platform to administer the Contract during the currency of the Project
What do you like best about the product?
Change management process. The way changes are created from Change event to PCO to PCCO's from the Client side and then further to issuing CCOs to Trades. Further I would like to add the tracking of documents such as RFI's , drawings, correspondences, emails related to specific event such as changes, delays , is great and very user friendly. I use Procore every day and is part of how I start of my day. It is easy to use an can be implemented in various types of industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
In case of Payment application, the use of excel is much easier to use than in Procore. Probably, the integration is not easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change Management process. It is very good for tracking changes and issuing them to Client and Trades.

It is great and easy to use, with Procore training session.

Easy to Upload, find documents, easy to work on, drawing finding and our organization use it for all the employees.

Sometimes it takes too much time to load the drawing and inspections, while it is not that big file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The report section on Procore is like a magic on documents. we could have get, Excel or PDF version of the data in like minutes which takes like hours to prepare.

I like the change order and budget part.

Searching on the cost code is not helpfull

Miscommunication between field and office, or between trades, Plans, specs, submittals, and RFIs stored across different systems or emails, Budget overruns and poor cost forecasting.
It is a very collabarative software

Document control is very easy to use and user friendly

Change orders must be deleted when a previous one needs to be revised.

Being able to easily track Budget against costs

Consist organization of data and standardized proceedures for bidding and project management. Procore facilitates collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Lack of flexibility with regard to report generation. The canned reports I've looked at do not have a professional appearance.

Procore facilitates bid mangement and bid leveling necely. Saves time and money.
