What do you like best about the product?
I enrolled in the Superintendent training and it was incredibly esay to follow and informational.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything I dislike.

Tracking jobsite safety and incidents.

Everyone has access and you can easily specify who gets notifications

The permissions can be quite restrictive so that you have to send a file to someone to review before submission

Procore is useful for capturing documents used in a design build contract.
What do you like best about the product?
Through, Procore it is possible to track approval processes (subcontracts, submittals, RFI's, payment, etc.) as they move through the approvers, and as a result it is possible to identify who owns the next step. All these capabilities are strengthened through a constantly improving web based software that is frequently maintained to work the bugs out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Through Procore you can send contract documents to personal emails. On the flip side, you can get barraged by emails that are not pertinent to your part in the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is tethering all players in the design build contract together over a wide area in many time zones.

Connectivity of reports and projects and information sharing with the team involved on each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The software is good at what it offers.

It's accessability, and functionality. It's great on the go

Sometimes loading drawings is very glitchy and takes a long time.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has taken everything we do on a daily basis as a construction manager and structured it in a way that is simplified and easily trackable by all levels of the management team. Procores ability to provide a structured and accountable layout across all trade partners contract documents to include subconrtracts, RFI's, submittals, invoices, change orders, etc. is unmatched.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience to date, and after enrolling and completing most all certificate based classes Procore offers, no aspect of Procore have I found to be clunky or difficult to manuever. A truly great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems Procore addresses is structuring and organizing project workflows across both Contractors and Subcontractors. The volume of documentation and information that must be passed back and forth between all individuals on a single project is high and it is vital to the flow and ultimately the overall success of the project that all communication is conveyed, held accountable, and structured in a way that allows for greater implementation by all team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The system has been extremely intuitive, extensive training is not required. The program was easy to implement into our organization and get buy-in from other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great for PMs and Engineers to add reviewers without having an administrator add people to the directory. Although, that issue may be specific to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has greatly increased our timliness to review and approve submittals, find project documents, receive/disposition RFIs and share important documents.

NA, there is nothing for me to dislike; I have not caught myself complaining too much while using the software. Maybe more options in dropdowns in workflows.

Consolidation of mass amounts of data, correspondence, and connectivity at lighting speed to correct personnel.
