Easy to use, easy to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides all the necessary construction-related documents easy to read and easy to navigate.

Scrolling through a construction calendar from day to day takes multiple clicks.

Procore provides the necessary project data for me to analyze construction status.

How to keep my admin costs down while making the construction process a digital process, including waivers all the way to ACH payments to subcontractors. it is a great process.

need to be able to input punch lists. pictures can be more easily accessed

For the most part my experience has been a positive experience.

I like the overal concept of Procore and how it is built around the construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
As member of an Architect and Engineer firm, it takes multiple moves to complete tasks. In some case commands are duplicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore creates a standard platform that provide a consistent product from the Architect/ Engineer to the Contractor

What do you like best about the product?
Quick access to drawings and documents. Along with the potential for collaboration on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling tools I have access to are not robust on the mobile side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to information is quicker by using procore. I can have a very large amount of project data in my pocket. It makes use of this information more convenient and effective.
Procore is very useful for organizing the projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can have all my documents in one place at one time. Its easy to find what I need for a project and then go to another poject and find something else.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the drawings fuction I wish it was a little bit more interactive and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the accounting side it helps us do all our billings in one place. This is nice to be able to see where we are sitting on projects and see if we are over budget or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely enjoy all of the tips and tricks available on the website, along with the ease in taking the available courses for certification. Very useful and helpul information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call it a downside necessarily, but it does take some time to figure out what shares with your ERP system and what doesn't, but these are merely settings and asking questions about what your package includes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see in real-time how our jobs are doing and the ease in which to input that information is a huge benefit to my company.

What do you like best about the product?
In the field, if administered propery, this tool has so many uses. I can walk a site with a tablet and find any detail for issues as they happen. You can take pictures for your daily reports, overall progress. The customization is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue in the field is the endless reminders (which could be managed better by the administrators) for every issue every day and every person that finishes one step in a submittal proceedure issues an email. This mostly occurs so fingers can get pointed and say everyone knew, but as an end user i would love to be able to decide what i receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is amazing at putting up to date drawings at your fingertips as well as submitals you can check while out in the field. You can see old revisions, sketches, Rfi's at a touch.
I wake up every morning to maintain our procore site and review info.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload photos, access rfi's, and submittals by our team. This up to the minute process allows us to keep eac worker well informed of the daily process of translating and processing our drawings into a constructed building. But, to pit it one step forward into an actual reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typing takes too long. We need a platform that remembers our entries, for deliveries, inspections, timecard, etc. I know on manpower it remembers the previous days entries. An voice audible tool that is 100% functional would help too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use procore to study drawings, understand management's clarifications on rfi details, document incoming deliveries, inspection logs, time keeping, manpower documentation, and daily log of onsite progress.
