Best Construction software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an allround software for construction industry, all the way from tendering, bidding, estimating, on site project management, finance and completion. It covers every aspect in the best possible way. has super easy implementation, great customer service with live chat with humans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations but its just a work around. Like in estimating, certain limitation with making changes, PM creating Schedules, different language options for on site people. But they say they are working on it to get all these options soon.

Procore Is the Backbone of Our Commercial Construction Operation
What do you like best about the product?
We’re a commercial general contractor, and Procore has become essential to how we operate. We use it for project management, scheduling, contracting, invoicing—you name it. We rely on nearly every function it offers, and frankly, we couldn’t run our business without it.
Procore keeps our entire team aligned, from the office to the field, and streamlines communication with subcontractors and clients. RFIs, submittals, drawings, change events—everything is in one place and easy to manage. The platform is powerful but intuitive, and the support resources are top-notch when we need them.
Like any tool, there’s always room to refine features, but overall, Procore nails it. It’s not just software; it’s part of our workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is an upside. Procore changes all the time, but that is because they are constantly making changes to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the chaos of disconnected systems and siloed communication. Before Procore, we were juggling spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, and phone calls across multiple platforms. Now, everything—documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules—is centralized and accessible in real time.
This saves us time, reduces mistakes, and keeps the entire project team (including subcontractors and owners) aligned from precon to closeout. The result is fewer delays, better accountability, and tighter control over cost and schedule. It’s not just making our workflow more efficient—it’s helping us deliver better projects.

I like that it keeps all of our project documents, minutes, and other important items secure in one location for our team to access.

Because it's such a robust program, learning everything tends to take a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Procore is very convenient, efficient and effective.

Procore Holds Everything you Need for Cosntruction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very easy to use and navigate through, has a lots of different modules that are malleable to meet your project goals and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much some of the modules change. For example the change events new beta version is very different from the current change event module, it takes for ever to load the page because there is too much information on it. I wish they would stop doing full re-builds of modules and fine tune only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The change management process from subcontractor pricing to final prime contract CO - its easy to lose track of all the sub pricing, procore does a nice job of organizing alll the CE line items and have things filterable.
I also use it mainly for quick drawing reference and keeping up to date drawings from RFI changes.

A very helpful tool for a subcontractor
What do you like best about the product?
As a subcontractor supplying finished goods I'm always delighted when my contractors are using Procore on a project as it gives me a single source for all the information that I need on the project, whether it be access to the latest drawings, or the status of my submittals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal process can be slow with the screen just spinning for minutes after uploading a file...has it succeeded or not?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For those of my contractors who use it, Procore provides me a single interface for interactions on the project, both in the planning, execution and followup on the job. For projects not using it, I typically have to deal with a superintendent, assistant PM, PM and accounting folks, trying to figure out who is responsible for what.
I find procore easy to navigate and especially for my work as accounts admin
