Use for multiple projects at once.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy all the updates inside each of the files. I appreciate that photos, documents, submittals, etc can be directly uploaded and all project members can view them.
What do you dislike about the product?
How when someone responses to a RFI it does not directly notify the whole project team unless the RFI manager accepts it first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see documents and pictures uploaded right away without being on the jobsite.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need on a daily basis is all in one location so it's easy to integrate everything you need on your project. Procore is easy to use very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is very slow to load up documents including drawings, RFI's, Submittals, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration between different aspects you need on a day to day basis is all in one location and it is easy to navigate.
So far is been awesome to save time

easy to use has many time saving features

It takes a long time to upload pictures and to update the folderes witht he pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication betewen the diferent stakeholders
It's better than SmartBids platform
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly platform, better than smartbids. Easy customer support. Easy registration. Does not bother you with notifications. Pleanty of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, procure made the process of swithing to multiple bids and reviewing the bid description user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to access and all functions were intuitive. I never actually took a training class but taught myself, with help from the GC we hired. It was easy to use across all project team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
For MEGA projects, it might have some limits. At this time, I could not find fault with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote construction and project management, as well as sharing data and updates on project progress.

I really like the dashboard and how easy it is to navigate to RFIs or drawings. I like how the platform organizes documents
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Project Management tools (RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, etc.) were listed somewhere on the main project page like under "project overview" instead of having to click drop down menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps manage my clients' portfolios and keep them organized. It is nice to be able to access construction schedules, drawings, submittals, etc. all in one place.

You have to be willing to receive constant reminders ad updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different features that keep the office and the feild intouch along each step oif construction. from submittles_ punch list. Everything is as easy as pushing buttons

The Price is why some companies dont use it

It keeps me from having to use word to create a document.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a VERY useful tool for keeping projects organized. The workflow of approvals is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting module is clunky and not very customizable.

Keeping drawings, RFI's, submittals, cost events, etc all organized within one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very organized, easy to use and keeps me up to date on approved submittals and shop drawings!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I can't complain about this software at all.
