organization, productivity, efficiency - makes my job easier, ability to manage more proejcts simultaneously without being overwhelmed.
Geat course
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great course that shows you the ropes of how to use the program. For beginners it is for sure a great help to getting started into the program before jumping into it blindly on a job site or other work place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little bit long but again helped tramendously by showing how to use the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps show an outlook on the jobsite and is much more portable and easy to use then paper plans.

What do you dislike about the product?
When another contractor invites you to join they have the ability to choose when your password has to be changed and it can be more frequent than the defaults set by your own company.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a one stop shop for all project contract docs. It is user friendly and can be easily accessed at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is only as good as the administrator in control. If documents are not uploaded then they could get overlooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows for efficient use of time when dealing with drawings/document control during project contract adiminstration stage.

What do you like best about the product?
PROCORE IS A GREAT SOFTWARE FOR CONNECTING AND COORDIANTING AMONG BIG PROJECT TEAMS. IN AN EASY TO NAVIGATE FORMAT THE SOFTWARE PROVIDES EFEECTIVE TOOLS THAT ALLOW ALL PARTIES INVOLVED TO DELGATE TASKS, SHARE FEEDBACK, AND OFFR UPDATES ON PROGRESS AND PROGRESSION. IT WAS EASY TO INCOPORATE THE SOFTWARE INTO OUR DAILY WORK LOAD. LOVE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, HELPS KEEP UP WITH ROJECT UPDATES WHETHER DAILY, OR WEEKLY. ANY ISSUES ON PROCORE WERE QUICKLY RESOLVED WITH THE USE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. OUR OFFICE WAS ABLE TO INTEGRATE PROCORE ON SEVERAL PROJECTS, AND EXPECT TO CONTINUE USING IT IN THE FUTURE.

I WISH IT WAS MANDATORY FOR PEOPLE TO CREATE THEIR PROFILES WITH A PROFILE PICTURE AND CONTACT INFORMATION. IT SHOULD E EASY TO ACCESS THIS INFORMATION.

COMMUNICATION. ITS KEEPING EVERYONE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND DECISONS DURING THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.
ACCOUTNABILITY. IT ALLOWS ME/DESIGNERS TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE PROJECT AS IT PROGRESS, WITHOOUT HAVING TO BE ON SITE OVERSEEING THINGS AS THEY HAPPEN IN REAL TIME. IT ALOWS OUR OFFICE TO DISCUSS BEFORE OFFERING SOLUTIONS OR NEXT STEPS.

Recently, I encountered difficulties accessing correspondences in Procore, and the support team offered straightforward steps to troubleshoot and send the necessary data for their assessment. The issue was resolved in two days. Excellent communication and patience.

It seems like there might be a coding issue causing the access settings to malfunction, even though the author has configured them for full access.

Document tracking, Request for Information, notices.
Procore keeps track of all my punchlist items, and tracks all associated communication in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps a history of communication, and completion dates for punch list items. This keeps customer/peers informed of progress and reduces delays due to lack of response.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can tend to send so many emails that users may start to ignore them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of production requests getting lost due to missed priorities. Since Procore sends reminders, those that request punch list items can be assured that their entry will not be ignored.
