I am a Procore Administrator in my company is appreciates the ease of Procore.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have all my documents in one software. I like that the directory has all information available - i like that it can filter, that we have all documents related to the company available including if they have insurance and unionized.
Customer Support is fantastic. I always compliment how easy it is to get a hold of someone and how helpful the support team is.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes Procore does not recognize certain fonts and there fore uploading documents to certain tools ( specs) it wont upload. Or if there is an upload fail - it doesn't give a reason why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is allowing us to have all documents available to all parties in one software. It promotes efficiency and easier communication. It allows us to streamline all projects.
Procore makes life in the field easier
What do you like best about the product?
All needed documents are right in the app. As a superintendent it makes life easier with this app. Especially when our subcontractors use it as well. No more questions about who does what. It's in writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web version isn't as user friendly. Maybe I need to use it more, but I prefer the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When someone shows up without drawings it's beneficial to have them open their app and show them how to find what they need.
The Importance of Knowing What Software to Choose
What do you like best about the product?
Pro Core is a wonderful tool that any company needs without realizing it. I completed one course featuring the Pro Core tools in the Pro Core Learning program and how to use them. I have to say, the videos are very informative, short length, and straight to the point! The system is easy to use, and it'll literally get rid of that file cabinet in your office! The support team are there for you and have answers to all your questions. Other than that, it's definitely worth every penny, you'll just have to try it out for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside to Pro Core as of yet but when I do, I'll let customer support know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pro Core is preventing our company from having organizational issues. That benefits us because we need organization to keep our business running.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings are set up so that once you finish them the app is a breeze to navigate

ProCore is very easy to maneuver, there is nothing I do not like about the experience.

Effectively using daily logs and timesheets to keep everything organized.

You are able to work with many different people within your company as well as all of your subcontractors. Everyone has a chance to respond and communicate efficiently from anywhere.

I am fairly new to the program, I haven't found anything yet to be disliked or want to work differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have all of our directory, specs, submittals and direct costs in one place. Everyone has the ability to communicate and see updates through the project.
Good intro to basics and what is available
What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful CM tool that covers many of the functions needed to manage a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many details and options that I think it would take a long time to be a master of the software. I think the ease of use is as good as it could be with the number of functions it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing management is great. Also RFI, CO's are excellently tracked.

It is a good platform for having all information and communication in one place? It is helpful to have multiple companies able to communicate on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tricky to use at times and if not kept organized it is very difficult to use.

Communication and RFI's to multiple companies at once.

I appreciate the ease of use and support with questions.

I dislike the Bulk Change limitations especially in the submittals tab.

Powerhouse for all project needs
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features that procore has to offer is incredible. Some companies will only scratch the surface with the capability of the program but companies that leverage the capabilities that are built in will thrive in organization, efficiency, and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Think that lessons are very repetitive when it comes to permissions are the end of each certification.

All information is all in one place, to me that I stared with this program. It’s really easy and user friendly

Nothing really, like I said it’s really user friendly. You can see all update everyone has done on each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one problem it solve is that all information of all the different project are in one platform. It’s all organized and has the due dates.
