Worked with Pro Core for 9 years
What do you like best about the product?
I believe it is the best overall job tracking program. It is easy to navigate, easy upload: download, and easily editable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's double the work when using on a government project. Everything entered in pro core ahs to be re entered in RMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience. I can get, review and upload multiple documents and facets of the project on Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Procore just runs fine.

Coordination of documents such as submittals and RFIs.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it is easy to share information and provides access to info for all people involved in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many emails and it is tough to arrange settings to reduce notificaitons.

It helps al=malgamate multiple PM softwares into one.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track everyhting in procore, from submittlas, RFIs and Change orders and invoices.

Markup tool in procore can be improved. No measure tool in Procore

Getting the information needed on time. Help to keep track of budget.

Everything is in one place for your projects! You don't have to look in 10 different places for all that information that you need.

There is nothing that I dislike with Procore.

Great for project communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love that procore helps the contractors stay in touch with us during construction in an easy way. No more searching through emails and different folders looking for where we addressed that problem
What do you dislike about the product?
Phased projects can be difficult to manage. Was this done in Phase 1 or Phase 2 can require changing jobs and searching through all the items. Also some projects have different contractors in charge of different scopes and then you have the same issue but slightly worse
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps contractors solve a problem for me, so I feel weird talking about how it benefits me. It benefits that people that have to work with me so much more.
Procore Training is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I took their estimating training course. It was quick and concise. It hit the major topics so that you could hit the ground running. It's nice to be able to download the transcripts to refer to afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limits on projects. Also, the fee scaling is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to receive bid invites and respond.
Hands on construction software training
What do you like best about the product?
What I found helpful about Procore is the ability to use diffent tools to help manage the project. The upside to using the product is the time saved and being able to keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of Procore is the permissions feature. Most companies will have a gate keeper for the admin level permissions and when you are assigned a role you are only given template permissions for the role. A user will quickly find out that certain permissions will have to be granted to use features outside your role by your companies admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping solve the time management issue by streamlining processes. Once your Procore is set up properly it will start saving you time.
Endless options with extensive training and support
What do you like best about the product?
Everything project related in one place where all levels and roles of the project can access, review, submit, and respond. There is also extensive training for the various tools and helpful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the many features, there is a lot to learn and understand, so there can be a learning curve, particularly for the budget and financial tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore is infinitely easier than trying to manage a project via sending documents attached to emails. Having a central location where all data is organized and distributed makes project management so much easier.
