Efficient Communication Across Entities

Procore: Comprehensive but Lacks in Administrative Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The drawings section makes it possible to have a "master" set of plans that is easily updated in light of bulletins, revisions, and RFI's. In addition, the built-in quantities section in the daily reports make it easy to bill against our project bids.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to import pay items into the work breakdown structure, which results in manual data entry that can take hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and maintaining access to documentation that is needed on the field. Providing a way for the field to quantify the work they do against the contract schedule of values. Creating, tracking, and documenting submittals and RFI's in a collaboration-friendly way.
I love Procore. Use it daily.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can have all documents, plans, RFI's, etc, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting tracking system is good but can use some additional modifications.

Streamlining the management process. Has everything to follow a project.

What do you like best about the product?
The drawing tool is a fantastic tool on Procore. No more need for hard copy drawings to do mark ups! From this then you can then create a work flow. There is great customer support and various training courses that you can attend to bring you up to speed
What do you dislike about the product?
Being honest I haven't found to many downsides to Procore just yet and I use it every day for multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage of Procore is that its is streamlining peoples work loads and holding staff more accountable. The submittal / workflow toll had benefitted us greatly

What do you like best about the product?
Drop and drag feature makes it really easy to add information from your desktop. Quick capture for all photo evidence when using the mobile app and ease of reading drawings when on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would like to see is a live folder system on the desk top which would allow you to add information in on your desk top and it automatically saves to the folders you have set up on procore. a bit like when you take photos from your tablet/mobile device and images save directly in to a gallery folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management has massively increased with less of a need to have endless folders in the office and constant paper work every where.

What do you like best about the product?
This software allows you to lock budgets and retain and track all back up needed for approvals, tracking who has what tasks, and the ability to store multiple versions of a single file.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a lot to learn as I have not had exposure to Procore before but something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new user it is helping me keep organized in what needs to be completed and what things to track when creating change orders to projects.

keep everyone on the team for a specific project connected and in the know.
What do you dislike about the product?
there really isnt any downsides that i have experienced with PC yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
procore is keeping us the GC or SC in the know about all of the specifics of the project and the expectations of the others involved, keeps all of the moving parts flowing at a steady and knowledgable pace.
Common sense approach
What do you like best about the product?
Common sense layout and organization makes finding what I need to update or change a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to export change orders into PDF to see them to sign was difficult to understand until I got the hang of it. Maybe have a hint or print option instead of export would eliminate confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything at hand at a moments notice. This is extremely helpful when in the field and directing the team.

What do you like best about the product?
THE EASY INTERFACE AND NAVIGATING THROUGH THE PLATFORM
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive for smaller companies who would benefit but cannot feasibly purchase.
