The Location Creation using architectural drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent found any yet as I am still going through the training courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is using AI to create locations from architectural drawings. I hope the program has the ability to create locations from raster images of architectural drawings.

A Central Hub That Still Has Some Rough Edges
What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes project info and keeps everything in one place. It’s helpful to have that level of organization, especially when you’re juggling a bunch of moving parts. The mobile app is solid too, which makes field updates easier. It keeps the whole team aligned and cuts down on the email clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel bloated at times—like there are too many modules doing too many things, and not all of them work as smoothly as they should. The UI can be frustrating, especially for tasks that should be quick. Some workflows feel overly rigid, like the system was built for how they think projects should run instead of adapting to how we actually do things. Additionally, the mobile app does not support Bidding integration, which is a large part of my job that is inaccessible via mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces miscommunication and helps track project progress without needing a million spreadsheets or emails. Being able to assign tasks, track changes, and store all documentation in one place cuts down on time wasted chasing info. It brings more structure to project management, which helps with accountability and keeping things on schedule.
The software is excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
Project Management tools and how everything is connected in the software.

The cost of the software is high. Several alternative construction software solutions offer more budget-friendly monthly subscriptions.

Procore is a very good tool for Construction Firms.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation of clerical tasks that prevents the need to hire people to perform the same tasks. Very beneficial archive system that eliminates the need for hard copies and the associated file cabinets, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has modified the Help Process; it seems in-person help is much less available. We prefer live conversation over "chat" help.

Powerful Tool, but Overcomplicated and Overpriced for most companies
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are clear and why you are here in the first place and most likely why you are reading this review.
The ability to micromanage a team and everything involved in a project is top notch. There are many ways to dumb down the software and get what you want out of it, however there are 5 ways to accomplish the same thing in the software and I suggest learning all of the ways and figuring out the easiest and simplest ways to use things for your less tech savvy team members. For example when an issue comes up on site, the person can either 1. upload a photo 2. create an RFI 3. Open a correspondence 4. Create a task 5. Create a punch item 6. Attach a photo to a drawing. 7. Punch Pin a drawing...Take your pick there is 10 ways to do 1 thing in this software and 3 of them are automatable.. kind of complete overkill but really excellent for a tech savvy and automation orientated company.
Integration is pretty smooth. However no one ever uses it on our team when I need them too and it causes it to be a bit unorganized and behind on most tasks so frequency of use is important.
Customer Support is usually pretty decent

What do you dislike about the product?
Putting the absurd pricing structure to the side, one of the biggest downsides of Procore is its complexity. The platform offers a staggering array of tools and features, many of which go unused by companies with more straightforward needs. For businesses that don’t have dedicated project management teams or tech experts, navigating through Procore’s interface can feel like a full-time job. What’s meant to streamline workflows often ends up creating confusion, and many users find themselves spending more time figuring out how to use the platform than actually managing projects.
Training employees on the software can take a considerable amount of time, and even then, some features can still be underutilized. Instead of providing a simple, intuitive solution to manage construction projects, Procore often feels more like a complex enterprise tool designed for much larger organizations with the resources to properly leverage its full potential.
Implementation is Impossible with older subs who are used to doing things their way. Needs to be extremely barebones for them to use it.
