What do you like best about the product?
It has tools like RFIs, Coordination Issues and Drawings in one platform, which makes collaboration much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
While some features work offline, some of them require internet access ,which take the job with poor connectivity .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has tools like RFIs, Coordination Issues and Drawings in one platform benefits for time saving , reduce RFIs delay.

Streamlined Construction Management with Time Savings
What do you like best about the product?
I use Procore in my Construction class at Virginia Tech, and it saves me a lot of time from having to scramble around emailing people. I like how simple and quick it is, and I also like the drawing feature. The initial setup was very easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the construction academy could be improved because it dragged on too long.

Procore saves me a lot of time by eliminating the need to scramble around emailing people.
Great for Organizing Construction Projects, but the Cost Stings

The ability to organize all aspects of the construction process

The cost of the program is to high for smaller projects.

Intuitive Document Management, Needs Better AI Search
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it's very easy to upload documents on Procore. Once the documents are inputted, they are very searchable, which is a huge plus for me. The clean and easy-to-navigate user interface makes my job smoother. It saves me a lot of time because I don't have to spend a lot of time doing these tasks. Additionally, when I join a project that's already halfway through, these tools help me get acquainted quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main AI search is so pointless. It is not a good resource for asking questions because its level of expertise is nowhere near where it should be. Also, the search is broad and doesn't usually yield the correct results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for organizing submittals, RFIs, and transmittals. It simplifies document control and maintain deliverables logs, saving me time. The easy-to-upload and searchable documents with a clean interface help me get acquainted with projects quickly.
Very Helpful for Understanding Core BIM Manager Concepts

It is very helpful to understand the basic concepts and topics and very easy to use and reliable to integrate with other tools related to work as a BIM manager

This Procore tools helps to ease the workflow of creating Issue and RFI's directly from other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Procoreis really helpful for coorination with other services, and it is user frindly , and sharing files through the procore is Quick and easy implementation of model, because of the easy accessibility the costomer are also happy.

At for now everything that are in procore are good and nothing need to be implement

What stands out most is how Procore acts as a single source of truth for our project team. The Ease of Use on the mobile app is a game-changer for our field crew; they can upload photos and site instructions instantly, which keeps everyone in the loop without constant phone calls. I also appreciate the sheer Number of Features—from pre-con to closeout, everything lives in one spot. Plus, the Customer Support team is actually helpful and responsive, which made our Ease of Implementation much smoother than expected
Comprehensive Features, Great for Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of features Procore offers. It helps me with understanding what step of a project I am on and whose court a contract or task may be in. Procore also provides valuable learning material and goes out of their way to help construction specialty individuals learn more. For me, the initial setup was easy.

I love how organized Procore is and how everything is very easy to get access to. I think it works great with managing multiple tasks at once. The initial setup of Procore was very easy and set up right away.

Accessible, Free Certification That Bridges the Gap to US Construction Standards
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is how accessible the certification program is. As an engineer based outside the US, it’s been a game-changer for learning American construction standards without needing to be on a physical job site yet. It’s helping me bridge the gap in my knowledge and boost my CV for free, which is huge for my career growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a free 'sandbox' mode for individuals to just experiment. The courses are great, but I’d love to mess around with the tools on my own without needing a company subscription. It’s hard to build that muscle memory just by following the structured lessons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m using Procore to bridge the gap between my engineering background in Peru and US construction standards. It’s helping me standardize my project management knowledge, specifically around RFIs and submittals, so I can be ready to jump into a US-based role without a huge learning curve.
