What do you like best about the product?
It has extensive project management skills for building. The platform centralizes communication, document management, and scheduling, making it simple to work across teams. Procore's ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders all in one location has increased the efficiency of our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't appreciate the scrolling features on the submission and RFI sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is on a single website, from scheduling to billing to a job report with images. Allows for a more comprehensive perspective of the project and its development.
Procore for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been super helpful with construction project management and day to day job tracking. We use it for submittals, RFI's, meetings, contracts and bidding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding new contractors to work with could be better

Easy access and user friendly. When set up properly you have access to everything you need for project management.

The simple answer is this is a one program for all users software/portal.
A general contractor can use Procore to have all project douments and access for all subcontractors and suppliers in one location.

scheduling , planning , shop drawings
The product adds a lot of functionality to create efficiencies.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Sage 300 CRE will create transparency and accuracy within the accounting function. Also, if set up correctly, the account classification/method will mitigate the risk for manual error.

Still in the integration stages and have no dislikes at this point.

Creating efficiencies and transparency between accounting and project management personnel.
Always used it as a subtrade read-only user, now on other side of coin using the paid version as GC

I'm still new to it but I suppose it makes organizing and communicating easier

Terrible product when you are a subtrade and trying to view documents for free to collaborate with your GC

I haven't got far into it yet. Again as a subtrade, absolutely nothing - it was horrible to use. As a GC, it streamlines communication btwn different departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Procore has been a crucial tool for better handling building projects—or, in my case, contracts. By integrating all project management features into a single platform, it minimizes mistakes and maintains collaboration among teams. Although learning all of its capabilities takes some time, the mobile access and powerful features are big advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, not much. Among the most useful construction management applications I've ever used is this one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Procore to solve paper problems. In the field, weather and labor frequently cause plans to be ruined.
Informational and Resourceful
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a simple straight forward software that allows you to effeciently manage projects. I use the takeoff tools and bidding tools very often.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to Procore. I cannot think of any at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping me manage projects easier so that no paper work slips through the cracks.
