I think it has all in one, obssesed with procore!

It enhances efficiency when RFIs and/or submittals need to be sent.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Procore is that if your company uses all of the options available through Procore, then everything is available to you on the same page. I've worked for other companies that only used Procore for plans and punchlist, but did not use the time, entry, tools, etc., but when I started working for this new company, they use it for everything and it is so handy to have everything all on the same screen. Every single one of your projects, all the plans, time cards and access to change view send request or do anything you need to do related to those projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the stuff on Procore is very intricate and if you really needed to know everything you needed to know on Procore would take you a long time to get used to doing it all. That is with everything though so it's not really that bad of a downside it's just some stuff is very intricate and confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, it makes it easier for everything with all of our plans to be all in the same place and it makes it easier to do everything when every action I take is all on the same platform

Procore has a steep learning curve for new users, especially when navigating its many features. Additionally, some tools, like the mobile app, lack the full functionality of the desktop version, which can slow down workflows in the field.

Nothing much but if they can simplify things to be more friendly user for the old people to use

easy tool to understand for new users and with potential for expert users, it has many learning tools and you provided an explanation of all the steps ti implement. Customer support is good. I would use it frequently because I am a construction manager, and it's easy to integrate with the other software.

extra steps when sharing issues, given that you have to pen on many pages and share permission

Procore is the best platform for construction management in my experience.

Procore uses simple, logical GUI and everything follows a predicatable patter. So once you've learned how to do one thing, its easier to learn another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it is slow to load pages or upload documents. I dislike not being able to edit submittal workflows in bulk once they're created. It happens frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
That everything is in one place. And that they are keeping up with technology
What do you dislike about the product?
Some old features that aren't user friendly. Can't filter action plans by date, workflows don't allow easy of use when someone transitions jobs, jumping screen in action plans, in roles there is a ghost in the system when you inactive employees that shows up in reporting. Need more individuals to be able to access things at a company level with out giving away access, more dialed down tool permissions
