Procore at PFW
What do you like best about the product?
The portabillity and accessibility of Procore; Easy AE & GC users are added from within the Procore Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos are helpful but really the time to learn all the quick access tabs & buttons should be brought out first in the introduction videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy submittal; rfi; change orders; documents all in one location for all users to access for a project they are assigned to.

What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of use with everything at your fingertips. Multiple users able to use at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it to be an "all in one" software that you could use for every function of your business/construction company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone is on the same page within the project. We would like use more that it offers.

My company is new to Procore, however it has already been an easy setup and keep my files and financials organized.

We are just starting to use Procore and so far there arent many downsides.

I like how it conneccts to so many different softwares and can be used for a lot of purposes.

The financial tools could be more built out, specifically chagne management.

I really like the upcomming geo location option for pictures. The photo app was already powerful but this will be a huge improvement!
Early Adopter- Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with various ERPs, Ops and Financials in one place,bridge the gap between ops and finance
What do you dislike about the product?
The support model has drastically changed from our early adoption of product. Prior to 2020 - I was very confident in directing my team to utilize support and get the right answer. Nowadays - we put in a support ticket or email our CSM- Support says email CSM- CSM says email support- and my query gets stuck in a perpetual loop and is not answered. And even if I am given an answer - 50% of the time it is not an answer related to my question or its just a link to a general support article that also doesn't answer the question. I would love to see a better avenue for support created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bridging the gap between operations and finance is a huge deal. Having combined data in one place that is easily readable and accesssible on both sides is a game changer.
Procore for General Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility and mobility. Amount of, and ease of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to get resolutions to advanced issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient Project Management. Ability to update from anywhere with mobile tech.
ProCore Convention
What do you like best about the product?
ProCore is a great tool to consolidate project information for your team to have everything that is pertinent in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process of ProCore in the office is cumbersome and takes a lot of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore is a real time update from the field to the office that assists in keeping the project on schedule and advises us of potential schedule delays.
