Procore is Great for Development and Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has helped our company connect, and cut down on the number of software solutions for both our Development and Construction divisions. Their chat support is also top notch, helpful and always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features they are lacking in, are always being updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us pull up drawings on site and on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore brings together a wide range of info and process that otherwise tends to be siloed and manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations aren't always as robust as they need to be, which pushes users out of Procore and back to the integrated system.

Automating and managing a large amount of data and process that would otherwise be done manually

Procore is a great tool for construction management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is user friendly and easy to use from the field level to the corporate level. They have a great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things from Procore that does not easily or accurately integrate with our ERP system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility between operations and accounting has greatly improved.
Collaboration and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest things for myself in making the jump to Procore were that you can really customize the tools to fit to your company proceedures and there is usually more than one tool to do the job. I also really like the constant updates/upgrades that Procore is committed to providing to keep up with the ever changing technology space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish mobile could be utilized more on the company level and the interface could be managed by an office admin and pushed out to multiple field users and their projects. Asking the field crews to organize the tools each time they go to a new job does not go over well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One tool for PM's to go to that can house all the vital information they need to access throughout the life of the project. Tracking and logging things like RFI's and submittals automatically vs our old way of creating and manually updating excel spreadsheets alone made it worth it.
Good Preconstruction Management Software Product
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with design, plan and build processes, docs, plans and contract management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main page is somewhat illogical and not a great user interface experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preconstrcutrion, estimating, proposals and design management with the clients, contractors and engineers.

It provides a consistent architecture to manage projects from start to finish. Procore continues to invest in their product and add value to the team.

Cost negotiations. Excited about the changes being made.
