It's accessability, and functionality. It's great on the go

Sometimes loading drawings is very glitchy and takes a long time.

Procore is always fixing glitches so that the same problems dont happen

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has taken everything we do on a daily basis as a construction manager and structured it in a way that is simplified and easily trackable by all levels of the management team. Procores ability to provide a structured and accountable layout across all trade partners contract documents to include subconrtracts, RFI's, submittals, invoices, change orders, etc. is unmatched.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience to date, and after enrolling and completing most all certificate based classes Procore offers, no aspect of Procore have I found to be clunky or difficult to manuever. A truly great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems Procore addresses is structuring and organizing project workflows across both Contractors and Subcontractors. The volume of documentation and information that must be passed back and forth between all individuals on a single project is high and it is vital to the flow and ultimately the overall success of the project that all communication is conveyed, held accountable, and structured in a way that allows for greater implementation by all team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The system has been extremely intuitive, extensive training is not required. The program was easy to implement into our organization and get buy-in from other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great for PMs and Engineers to add reviewers without having an administrator add people to the directory. Although, that issue may be specific to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has greatly increased our timliness to review and approve submittals, find project documents, receive/disposition RFIs and share important documents.

Connectivity to all parties and immediate access to current jobsite conditions and documents.

NA, there is nothing for me to dislike; I have not caught myself complaining too much while using the software. Maybe more options in dropdowns in workflows.

Consolidation of mass amounts of data, correspondence, and connectivity at lighting speed to correct personnel.

Procore provides all the necessary construction-related documents easy to read and easy to navigate.

Scrolling through a construction calendar from day to day takes multiple clicks.

Procore provides the necessary project data for me to analyze construction status.

Procore is always changing and updating their software, I have also been on calls where they sample new products and interfaces. Procore is still one one stop shop

I think Procore needs to get with some of the Microsoft copilot integrations, specifically meeting meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to keep my admin costs down while making the construction process a digital process, including waivers all the way to ACH payments to subcontractors. it is a great process.

need to be able to input punch lists. pictures can be more easily accessed

I like the overal concept of Procore and how it is built around the construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
As member of an Architect and Engineer firm, it takes multiple moves to complete tasks. In some case commands are duplicated.

Procore creates a standard platform that provide a consistent product from the Architect/ Engineer to the Contractor
