Unified Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the tools i need under one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In have had little interaction with our csm.

New tools need to be built off of existing documentation (estimating tool requires duplicate document upload)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the continued innovation of the pre-exhisting products and the commitment to listening and providing what Procores customers want & need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the procore financials software, the capability of the invoicing function is not close to what we would need as a company and the integration for our accounting software is not applicable. There is a very small amount of softwares that procore works with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently there are no problems that are being fixed. Procore is at the core of our training process.
Birth of AI
What do you like best about the product?
AI intergration, resource planning and scheduling updates

Finiancial management, change orders and billing

Ease of use and it continues to evolve, AI looks like a promising feature

The photos tool and the inspections tool are some of the best tools across the platform.

The lack of an inspections import tool.

Procore for the Subcontractor
What do you like best about the product?
There is no way I would have been able to grow my company to the size that it is without Procore. I remeber my first project with procore. I was a small company taking on an apartment complex and had no experence with a software or program that would make drawings so easy to access. Now it does so much more for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more porduct knowledge for field teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
overall job managment, procore is always finding ways to solve problems that us in the filed seem to just deal with. Saftey, scheduling, pay apps, observations and RFI's .... All of it helps
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Support, ease of use and above all its very user friendly even for those who are technically deficiant

So far I like every asspect of Procore, I haven't had a negative experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are testing the financial module to enable us to received and process pay applications and show the transperancy and work flow
Procore Project Management is Great
What do you like best about the product?
The drawing management in procore is great and super easy and intuitive to use. The daily logs are also very easy and intuitive, I love that they are searchable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The start-up and configuration was a long process but pretty customizeable for what we needed.

Easy access to drawings and documents across office and site.
Procore is very user friendly.

What i likw most about Procore is the Mobile platform. It is very user friendly and provide the information that is needed to our team.

The scheduling tool. ONce the new beta is released, i will be able to make edits withing Procore.

One place to keep project data. It has a lot of usefull features.
