What do you like best about the product?
I really like the new side panel feature
What do you dislike about the product?
It qould be great if there was side panel support for more tools, as well as PDF generation API for PCO, PCCO, CCO, CCCO's

procore has more pros then cons, 100% of our projects use Procore.
What do you like best about the product?
All in one tool, product is user-centered.

Hard to grasp how to optimize Procore and provide training for all the changes.

It is such an all in one tool that enables us to have 1 source of truth for project management, safety, quality, trade partner management.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the user interface. It is very easy to use and move through the tools.
How all the tools are connected to one another makes managing project seamless.
We use Procore on a daily basis. Easy to communicate information to our field teams, consultants, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one complaint I would have is the implementation process for the Financial Package our company purchased.
The implementation has not been going well. We were sold a product that we really want to implement, but were undersold on the commitment of the integration. After going through a few implementation meetings, we have found it to be a bigger challenge than what was conveyed during the purchasing process. Need more attention / assistance during the implementation process that what we are receiving.

Procore will make it easier for our operations teams to manage projects once our financial pack is fully implemented.

Current Pricing Model needs to be reviewed for smaller companies that still require the full platform.

It provides a single source for project information that can be used by everyone.

The simplicty and the training that goes along with each aspect of the software

Would like to see more features come out for the moblie app. Example being able to create locations or add someone to the directory.

The new role out of the equipment tracking tool inside of the software. It's going to help streamline tracking equipment inside of a single applica1tion and be able to asign to indivual projects.

Some tools are overly complicated - the easier you can make it for the less tech savy field staff the better

Procore analytics is an awesome tool - it allows us to extract procore data for use in enterprise dashboarding.
