User-Friendly with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Procore for construction and industrial programming, specifically for water and wastewater facilities. I like the file management and file version system along with its intuitive design. Procore is really friendly software, and I appreciate the great support and documentation that make it easy to find answers if you face a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that all the data is in the cloud. I would like to have the option to keep backups on our servers too. It's just data integrity rules to keep backups on your servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us communicate with general and electrical contractors, allowing us to submit and discuss drawings and project steps effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore useful for project management because of its ease of day-to-day use, especially when managing projects and daily reports. I appreciate the punch list feature as it stands out in my usage. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

I think Procore could use more safety items and a true scheduler.

The mobile app works well for the field team, allowing them to capture work and submit daily work logs. Additionally, I find it very easy to set up and manage the onboarding process.

It's a little bit complex for new users.

Additionally, some users find that offline access and document downloading can be limited or less intuitive, which can be a challenge on job sites with poor internet connectivity.

I like that all the features are easily laid out and simple to use

I have to go back to the homepage to go into a new/different project and I cannot easily switch between them

Procore is allowing us to access everything up to date for the project, from the drawings and submittals/RFIs, to progress photos and meeting minutes.
All-in-One Solution for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need is in the same software program. Schedules, submittals, drawings etc. They all can interact with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The schedule section needs to be more like Microsoft Project.

Being able to send submittals and RFIs to designers and get approvals all within the same system.

I also appreciate the real-time updates and notifications, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and can respond quickly to changes or issues. Features like RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and reporting tools are particularly valuable. RFIs make it easy to clarify project details quickly, submittals help track approvals, daily logs allow me to record site activities, and reporting tools provide clear insights into budgets and timelines. Procore’s intuitive interface and helpful guides also made the initial setup manageable.

I think the learning curve for new users can be steep, especially for teams who aren’t familiar with construction management software. Some features can feel overwhelming initially, and onboarding may take longer than expected.

I liked Procore very much for construction management projects. It helps with coordination and efficiency. I appreciate its integration feature, which centralizes all the information and reduces errors. It offers better integration than our previous product, PlanGrid, and the initial setup was good.

I find Procore a bit complex. Simplifying the interface could really enhance the user experience.

I could easily find what I needed without having to research extensively or ask others for help. The online courses make it easier to perform more complex tasks, which is a big plus. In management, it's important to have tools that help you finish tasks quickly and efficiently, while avoiding mistakes, and Procore really helps a lot with that. I also found the initial setup to be quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training should provide a demo for us to review. Performing and training yourself on the tasks you learn instead of only watching videos and reading would be the best way to learn.

I use Procore to solve issues with RFIs, management, meetings, coordination, and communication. It helps me finish tasks quickly and efficiently while avoiding mistakes. The platform is user-friendly, allowing me to get what I want easily, supported by online courses for complex tasks.
