What do you like best about the product?
everything is availble on one platform and you can communicate directly through the portal. intergrating financials into procore has been a huge help in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like in the bidding tab when you add new bidders from connecting directory that you have to individually add the project and permission when you are already inviting them to bid on the project you should be able to have an option that automatically gives all bidders added project access to the one it is requested for and bidding permission on all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
procore is helping solve tracking alot of our permitting and procurement items through the correspondence tool.

How fast I can get to all the tools I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The display of the app is different from iPad to laptop or phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helpful putting all the tools together, I can do my job easier, not having to carry prints all around the building, being able to take pictures all over the jobsite only with an iPad or cellphone , makes my job so much easier.

I like how all my documents are tied together on one platform and that Procore is constantly working to improve the experience.

All the emails. A change to how it notifies you would be beneficial over so many emails.

Integration with the Jonas accounting software is not great

It streamlines processes that used to take a long time and lots or resources.
All The Tools in One
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidating project information in a central location makes it easier to share critical information and collaborate with other prject team members. There are a lot of resources available for implementation, training and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools require external data entry (Scheduling) that can only be viewed within Procore, rather than being interactive within the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based storage for project related documents, photos and resource management allows for ease of access for both office and field personnel to be on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all project information can be stored in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize and make the program work how you want is great, but to a fault. It would be nice to have some structure already pre-set for job scope etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app is an unexpected benefit for field teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all our documents and project related items are all in one spot. I love that we can chat with support for any questions we ay have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that at this time, Procore Mobile App doesn't allow you to update workflow and assign to different users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like they are rolling out field scheduling which will help our Project Managers update projects while on the jobsite.
