Procore, my go to software for construction management.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable, great interface for navigating RFI's, shopdrawings, punchlist, ball-in-court, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any negative point in Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many, but the most effective problem is managing puchlists, Procore has a superb punch list interface with geolocation, photos, drawing attachments, follow ups, open and close items.
Easy to learn, wonderful interface
What do you like best about the product?
This was simple to learn as a first time user. Training modules are incredibly helpful, quick, and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little overwhelming at first, but incredible once you have mastered the backend.

Overall project management, organization, and accountability.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes the mobile and desktop integration works porely. For example you start something on an ipad and when you open it up on a iphone or computer, it shows that it is there, however when you click on it, it is no where to be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Keeping the jobsite data organized which in turn speeds up the build speed but maintaines the quality

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is that I can showcase my skills and earn FREE certifications, which will advance my career and academic journey. As a young, black, and female student, Procore provides professional development and courses that are industry-recognized and earn AIA credit if you are a member! Procore offers such a great way to learn more about my industry through real-world examples and lifelong learning through free access to various in the construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are two things I dislike about Procore, not all courses, but some courses aren't well organized or very long.

Here are a few problems Procore has solved for me as a low-income student; my experience as a community college student has benefited me by removing financial barriers to access industry-recognized software or education at zero cost. The videos were easy to understand and provided an idea of the workflow.

Overall, it is a well set up training course to start with.

Organize project-related items in one area to make it easier to track them and stay informed.
Easy to communicate while using it + the format makes organization a non-issue

What do you like best about the product?
It has extensive project management skills for building. The platform centralizes communication, document management, and scheduling, making it simple to work across teams. Procore's ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders all in one location has increased the efficiency of our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't appreciate the scrolling features on the submission and RFI sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is on a single website, from scheduling to billing to a job report with images. Allows for a more comprehensive perspective of the project and its development.
Procore for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been super helpful with construction project management and day to day job tracking. We use it for submittals, RFI's, meetings, contracts and bidding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding new contractors to work with could be better

Easy access and user friendly. When set up properly you have access to everything you need for project management.

The simple answer is this is a one program for all users software/portal.
A general contractor can use Procore to have all project douments and access for all subcontractors and suppliers in one location.
