Overall Great Program-Constant Advancement
What do you like best about the product?
The program is constantly adapting to the requests and needs of the industry. They provide the assistance and training needed as well as keep you updated. We needed a place to store all our information and Procore can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some changes aren't what we prefer and would like the option to keep the original format if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the disconnect between the field and the office. Allowing us to share information accross the board is extremly benificial.

The easiness to use the systems. Along with the field tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Daily Log comment section not being mandatory to fill out.

The project team has one location to access all the files they need to use to build out the project.
Great at what they do great. Learning and improving on what they need to - open to feedback

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility you have for everything going on in the project, whether it is communication with trades, RFIs or Submittals, Financial or QC, etc... It's very easy to find everything you need all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync process with ERP should be smoother, there are a lot of hiccups when incorporating the accounting system, and you have very little visibility to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with every aspect of the project easily accessed

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, continuity between pre-construction and construction. Consolidation of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Some limitations in getting subcontractors to use it.

Collection of site data for reference on future projects (ie. site photos, daily logs, submittals, etc.).

A lot of functionality all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
interface can sometimes be limited. Making me navigate back to main menus instead of sub menus for example. Commitments is a bad one for this

Handling commitments and billing. Simple, excellent UI and efficient

The ubifed platform and the fact Procore intergeates with so many partners we already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the operations can be clunky especially during beta. That and it is pricey for our firm but it is ever evolving and we appreciate how Procore is committed to our ROI

Great mobile app and BIM tools. Lots of supported integrations in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is terrible. ERP integrations are lacking. In app reporting is extremely limited.

Extending access to field teams, owners, subcontractors, etc.

We run our whole company through procore and its a great tool to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be TOO robust, the product rollouts can also be overwhelming

Procore created a network for global construction management and it has been integral in our success.
