the procore event are always great to attend, the expo halls & the breakout sessions are great too.

procore is great for project management, both field & office work

at the moment, i do not see any downside of procore, it is very user friendly for everyone

procore helps keep document control in check, & helps projects move easier & more efficiently
Great Collaborative Software
What do you like best about the product?
The software is a great tool to use for field and office integration. Procore has very userfriendly with great customer service. The ease of implementation into day to day tasks is unheard of for the industry. The financial tool is my favoriate tool within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is trying to keep up with product updates. This is a great problem to have though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field and office integrations is the biggest thing being solved.

Collaboration with the customers and access to trained support

Somewhat slow response to issues and slow communication

Procore is helping with the integration with my accounting software

What do you like best about the product?
The team that was put in place to help our implementation is fantastic and is helping it along the best they can.

Can be overwhelming upon first implementations, even when limiting the amount of included tools.

A single source solution to track and report on all of our Labor, project financials, and quality.
An upgraded expirience
What do you like best about the product?
For the daily log functrion, its the best upgrade to my daily work

How it doesn't have memory when you go back on the web pages

It tracks RFI and Submittals so that I do not have to babysit the people responsible
My Procore Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Procore's ease of use, data extraction, and fillable forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Procore changes, the difficulty in training increases due to the delay in updated training videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from contract and document management, change management has been my biggest use as of late. Procore keeps all of this in one place.
Integration fuels efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's integrated tools allow firms of varying size ans stage of their development easily consolidate all their data needs across the job site and the head office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like every innovative company, they can only move so fast!

Better visualizing and displaying data for the field and executive team.

The program can do so many things; it's definitely a great asset.

Connectability to other Procore Users projects is still rough, but getting there.
