Great comprehensive tools
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to collaborate, availability in field and office
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat cost prohibitive and there are more areas within that would like to unlock but also at additional expense.

Having up to date info available in the field at a moments notice

Ability to efficiently retieve valuable data in order to make informed decisions that affect the bottom line.
Technology Overload (In a good way)

Having a single hub for all the PM tools needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to do everything our current financial software can, invoicing, payroll, hr etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time with RFI's, Submittals, tracking logs etc. less time spent filling out spreadsheets leaves more time for on-site productivity & problem solving.

New tools need to be built off of existing documentation (estimating tool requires duplicate document upload)

I love the continued innovation of the pre-exhisting products and the commitment to listening and providing what Procores customers want & need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the procore financials software, the capability of the invoicing function is not close to what we would need as a company and the integration for our accounting software is not applicable. There is a very small amount of softwares that procore works with.

Currently there are no problems that are being fixed. Procore is at the core of our training process.
