Project management core tools is awesome! Keeping everying organized is key at a successful project.

Integration takes too much time and better expectations should be set more.

Procore drawings tool is a little difficult.

Continuous improvement, our business lives by this and it is evident that Procore does as well.

Lack of support on critical issues for our organization that aren't as important to Procore as a whole.

The user friendly interface that keeps everyone up to speed on the lastest information. Keeps everyone away from menial tasks like managing logs.

The cost and revenue model where it's based on forecasted revenue and not actual.

I like the customization capabilities Procore offers.

I can't think of any off the top of my head. There don't seem to be many downsides.

Expensive and support is fairly lacking for complex issues without premier subscription

"one source of truth" and user experience being straight forward. Setup is key though.
