That you will be able to help cst by seeing their cart and taking over if possible.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used KIBO Commerce and it is a one solution for all your e-commerce problems. Also, it provided excellent support by providing personalized support to us. It has more features than any other platform and also, it is user-friendly software that is easy to understand & work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
So Far, we have not found any downside to using Kibo Commerce.

It helps to sync the data from different channels which saves our time and we actually focus on our other priority tasks. It helps to reduce manual work which lead to quality & Error-free work.

This is software capable of creating a trading style that focuses on what the customer is really looking for and that also takes into account your interests, it is easily manageable in physical commerce areas or online sales, all with the same efficiency and security, in addition, its ordering system is what benefits my organization because it is easy to have everything organized and show real data in real time both dispatches and even inventories

The functions of this solution are aimed at companies that work directly with clients, this means that more than a digital system, it is a system capable of simplifying sales and administratively controlling all business resources, so it is quite good for my work. I don't have something that I want to change or that I don't like

For years it has been the ideal tool to complete dispatches or create better ways of customer service with a friendly interface and systems that help us in commercial tasks from start to finish, since its display system is quite centralized, which helps us get the data directly

What do you like best about the product?
Easy documentation, setup and maintenance of all the backend activities for an e-commerce system. Kibo handles all admin tasks.

The cost it offers is somewhat more than an SMB can afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kibo eCommerce is resolving all the legacy systems' issues - setup and less freedom of customisations and scalability. A non-tech person can easily set up their business without getting into the nitty-gritty of code and testing.
