What do you like best about the product?
Quick response in today's business environment is crucial to our company's success.
TalkDesk is an amazing partner that allows us to measure the health of our communications.

There is nothing I can add here as the level of support has been remarkable.

The fact that its user friendly and easy to understand

That sometimes, it does not sync with salesforce and needs to be done manually

The reporting customization and live reporting is the strongest feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things seem a tad confusing, but with some digging and looking at the documentation you can normally figure it out.

We are seeing better reporting and live monitoring.

I feel confident when using the product. I can always find what I need.

I don't like having to reset my preferences for what order I want things to appear on my agent list.

Nothing anymore, their service team gets back quickly but it seems like they dont want to deal with anything and would rather pass it off and just sent an article. Doesnt come off very empathetic
What do you dislike about the product?
That they forced everyone to change over to a system that doesnt work as well for anyone. Our project manager given to us to help install a dialer has been horrifically bad. Havent made an ounce of project and shes taken 2 vacations. Wish we we had better support and communication and think they made a lot of decisions that were not based on their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they are causing problems, and when I ask to get them resolved i only get pointed to an article that doesnt help.
TalkDesk is simple, works fine, does the job!
What do you like best about the product?
Great communication platform which I am using for 3 months and I love it. Easy to use, the speed and quality of calls are excellent, especially since a lot of them were international calls. Great for customer support business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just make the app a bit more personalized with some themes that I like, nothing major to improve with TalkDesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the problems regarding the customer support business besides the chats are resolved through TalkDesk. Calling through TalkDesk solves all the concerns of the customers and operatives in the job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep in mind to update your status online/offline so you don't receive calls when you are not supposed to.
Talkdesk is a wonderful application, expecially when it comes to the Mobile application.

Voice lags issues need teams attention and this will get the experience better

We connect with the customer and discuss the concerns raised by them with the Byju's Future School

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there is a flexibility for making the calls through mobile application apart from the Desktop version
What do you dislike about the product?
There are voice Lags that I do experience at times. However that can be fixed if the app uses lesser data for calls like Google voice or whatsapp

My job profile requires me to make calls to customers located globally. The application helps me connect with the customer to resolve problems they experience with the payments they made with the organization

At times due to improper network the app tends to get stuck this can be improved

it solves all the purposes, most of the things are there

while pulling up the reports you cannot edit in between if by chance you miss to add or remove any agents name then you will have to start again.

while taking out the reports, if the agent name is updated, so in middle if I need to edit the names of members, I have to close the window and open a new window, as it does not accepts edits in between
