What do you like best about the product?
It is not a platform-dependent app. I have different devices; installing it and logging in is enough; we don't have to do anything else. It is very user-friendly; in the application, it is one of the essential things for an application to be very friendly. We don't need any training to work on the talk desk. While using it, we don't face any problems. The load on the processors is also less. If somehow we forget the password, retrieving is also easy. I will surely recommend this to any of my friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in the application that I have competent about, but still, it is an application, and there is always an upgrade waiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Slash before working on the talk desk; we use to face problems, like call disconnecting on their own, Call not getting connected in the first place. It uses to hang in between the ring.

The application for mobile does not shows the talk time while speaking to the customer so I think that should be updated

We are speaking to the international clients and solving their query and the benefit is that comparatively the voice clarity and connectivity is much better
I just love the way it works for international calling. It is amazing.

I love it because it's very simple and easy to use. Also it has a options to drop a VM and you can send text messages too.

I use TD to call US and other countries. It's so easy and amazing. Also the call quality is best in the world.

I will advise everyone to use Talkdesk in place of using other applications. Because the connectivity ratio of calls is best in TD. I never had any issue while using Talkdesk. Best product in the industry.
