Talkdesk is User friendly!!

What do you like best about the product?
It is connecting people across the world in different time zones without any issues. It is user-friendly in operation on mobile/ PC/ Laptop. Hassle-free usage of Talkdesk makes it work smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found any error as of now. It has been more than six months, and sailing smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with business clients, negotiating commercials, essential deals, and bringing up business across miles in different countries. Good customer experience shared and troubleshooting concerns of customers as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Talkdesk is that it gives us the access to call around the world seamlessly without much requirement for high-end system configuration. It also allows us to keep track of our call logs and recordings, which are helpful in day-to-day business transactions. The calls are very smooth, and the quality and speed for Talkdesk are very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per our work model usage there are no downsides of using Talkdesk our business runs on Talkdesk. and there is no such least feature about the Talkdesk as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Talkdesk for welcome procedures for customer and all kinds of problem solving queries so talkdesk is very important app to run our business model.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited calling, user friendly interface and easy to access all features without any prior knowledge or any manual help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till to find, sometimes The call get connected gut not able to hear the voice don't know it's an internet issue or app issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We call the customer abroad in US and resolve the query of the customer through the Talkdesk app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very User Friendly application to make outbound calls and to maintain the records of the calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing voice clarity and the best part is it connects automatically in case you have interim internet speed. It has assisted me to connect with my clients in different countries. The UI is one of the best I have ever seen and is so easy to use. I have tried a lot of apps. and this app by far is the best at what it does. It has now become my personal favourite and is pretty easy to use. They provide excellent service and I hope to see new features on this soon. All features are available in one app. I don't think they will have any competition in the market as they are the best I have ever known. The best part is the application size is so less that you can literally work on this application for hours without any interruption. Thank you so much talk desk team for making my life easier at my workplace. Try it now. You will never regret it. Five Stars*

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and to log-in. Clear reception when talking and calling the customer.

In rare occasion, sometimes it puts you on status away with just one ring.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a live call monitoring option, and at the same time, calls are being recorded right after the call has finished. We can also generate reports qquickly and conveniently from the time that we need the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of updates that change the tool interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we get customer complaints, we can get the recording to review the call immediately and address the concern. The data we need is always available in the tool to generate daily to present it to our team.

I recommend this tool to those working on a contact center as it keeps call recordings that are essential for the operation.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk has all the things that we need to run a business
What do you dislike about the product?
For any updates, send an email notification. We should be aware that an update is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPI are easily available and can be viewed anytime. Real-time access to certain things like AHT, SL, calls waiting, etc can be viewed by anyone at all times. It also helps with call reviews/call listening.

I have not found anything to dislike, all service reps that I have worked with have been tremendous and very helpful.
