Nothing much to be disliked on Talkdesk.

Cloud based telephony at its best

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Talkdesk's cloudbased solution that makes adding numbers, new routes and IVR flows easier than ever. It's also affordable while still delivering a pleasant interface, and all of the services I would expect from a more expensive brand. Also, and I can't stress this enough, no other platform provides more support. The partnership with Talkdesk is just that, you genuinely feel the team has your goals in mind, and their technical team is quick and competent. I've never seen such a focus on client success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight drawback of Talkdesk which they are working to address is the detail available from their analytics. Some more in depth call data isn't available in the reports but has to be requested. This is minor though compared to the benefits offered by Talkdesk, and of course, they continue to improve the dashboard and reporting so I am confident this concern will continue to diminish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is the time taken to spin up a new phone number. That capability has made launching new products, testing new sites and handling unexpected issues manageable in a way it wasn't with traditional telephony. The flexibility of being cloud based can't be overstated.

I love how the design and platform are simple and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've been experiencing too much latency, but this can be resolved both internally and externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate communication and sharing of data and ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and available with a phone application as well. If you are facing issues with sound on your Laptop, phone application will help you proceed and, there is no stoppage during your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the internet speed is good; however, there is still some lag in the voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to call the customers in the USA. It has excellent benefits as the size dialer is tiny and fits in the corner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this application as it will ease out the issues for calling customer

What do you like best about the product?
Have different channels, so no need to open other tab/app
What do you dislike about the product?
When using TD omni, typing email or chat everything you typed will disappear if you needed to switch on a different interaction or if some will join chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn around time, I realized that it's easier to navigate using 1 tab only.

Best thing about this app is very user friendly , you actually don't have see any cideo or need any training to use it, just download and start using

Sometimes it get hang, technical glitches, getting logged off automatically

Great solution for our global company

What do you like best about the product?
Being 100% cloud-based SAAS, Talkdesk supports our geographically dispersed, global employee base perfectly. It fits into our IT initiatives to decentralize and is easier to support than our prior on-prem solutions. The onboarding process and training avail for all users ranging from basic agents to administrators is well put together and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to debug voice/quality issues for users that work remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk has made working outside the office a reality. As long as our users have a connection to the internet, they can successfully use Talkdesk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our experience with Talkdesk has been very positive. We have already rolled the solution to 3 brands within the business and are adding three more. As a company with employees working virtually in several countries, it has been a great solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Can make calls to any country with any problem. It has a small interface but is one of the best I have worked on so far. I work on Talkdesk every day, and it works easy to use and works seamlessly, and I will recommend the same to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have anything to share here.. I like this application and a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to connect with my clients from different countries in one single application. I am very fond of Talkdesk, and I enjoy the way it works, takes less space in my HD, and does not use much RAM. Easy to install and easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the best applications to use for calling purposes. I would definitely recommend you to go for Talkdesk

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it doesn't take over the whole screen while I'm talking to I can multi-task on my computer while on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that it's hard to find the number on a call that is transferred to me. It shows up as the person who transferred it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't really seen other benefits since it isn't as integrated with our Zendesk system as I would like. I can't take notes on TalkDesk and have them transfer over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is way better than other systems I have used. Definitely recommend it.
