The best way to connect
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me maintain my AHT as I am able to track the amount of time I spend on a call. Helps me adhere to my work schedule, keeps me up to date with my quality scores
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls are not recorded immediately when you answer the call you have to wait at least 2 seconds before speaking for everything to be recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less dropped calls, minimizing the number of times I need to call the seller back. Therefore very effective and effecient production.
how useful is Talkdesk
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to see my update,it is easy to use and simple, i am able to see my Quality Assurance update everyday which motivates me the most.i am able to Aux for breaks and lunch using talkdesk. it's the most easiest system to use especially to see where i need to improve when i am assisting the customer on the call what i do wrong and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing i dislike about it because it is an app that assist me with everything i need to do when i am at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it assist in communicating with the sellers

Talkdesk let you aux and can report or infor you when you are exeeding your breaks, or training. It can even tell you when you have notification on activies done like QA scores.

There's nothing actually, I feel like they have given it a lot of creativity. And it easy to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's can easy give notification about any activities and easly give access to QA scores without having to ask for an email from quality assessors. Gives different options when you want to go else where, like on break, lunch, training or coaching.

I love the fact that it is user-friendly,I am able to change the statuses for my next activity whilst on a call.

Sometimes it does not ring when a call comes in. You are not able to have a conference call with other agents and the seller.

It make my work to be easy and creates a better customer experience for our callers due to it multiple functions.I have quick and easy access to my quality scores.

It does disconnect without notice on occasion which is a bit inconvenient - especially if you aren't on all of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know that we submitted the issue with it disconnecting randomly and that it is being investigated. It will be beneficial to have resolved as quickly as possible because it affects the amount of time that we show on certain channels.

The learing AI is great which picks up the converstaions more effectively and reduced hadle time for agents

Talkdesk lags and screens dont load at time need to restart a few times

Talkdesk control sthe call volumes and also with the call backs easier and the AI is always learing and doing the script better
