The good and the bad

What do you like best about the product?
reporting, recording, and live visibility from the dashboards are all very helpful from a team lead perspective. I can get real time insight into company best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are an alarming number of technical issues our company has adopted sending issues directly to our POC at TD now because it was consuming a lot of our internal time summarizing the problems weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls dropping, sound quality, minor status bugs, and a list of miscellaneous issues that help our various team members get the job done. Talkdesk has been cooperative in providing support.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is that it allows us to generate reports as per our flexibility. It gives access to all the recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should add an option of making conference calls as it will help us to save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have provided us with a clear network which has improved our CSAT score. It is a user-friendly application to use.

Easy-to-follow directions and dashboards are customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes thus far. When or if a technical error, it is handled promptly.

They fix the problems if we have any promptly and business runs smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a very easy and intuitive product to figure out, both on the front and back end. If you come across any issues, their support team is always quick and thorough with their responses
What do you dislike about the product?
When listening to recordings, the caller and agent voices go between 2 speakers on the headphones and its a bit irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From user perspective, it's simple yet effective tool. Quality is great and all the calls are stored. Recording's never have any issues and the call quality is pretty good. From an administrator perspective, creating dashboards is a great feature to get an overall view. Coaching is also an amazing tool, allowing you to guide the agent through difficult cases.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly. Easy to use. Tag calls as per status. Stable internet connection, and the call goes very smoothly. You can even check the details of the rings and listen to the recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering the calls is difficult. Without WiFi, the rings are challenging to make using a hotspot. Calendar options are not available to filter the calls per day. Lag in the calls somedays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making calls overseas hassle-free. Tagging breaks, login, logout, available, offline tags. Frequent updates. The quality of calls gets updated frequently. There is an option to rate the call quality, which is excellent.

The Platform is nice for Conversation specially if you are on the GO MODE

So far i feel there is a Lack of Texting service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Texting service is a must for such a platform, since being in the marketing campaign, customer usually prefers Texting rather than calling on Phone

It is user-friendly software. All the calls get recorded and give access to all the recordings easily.

It should add an option to get the reports in different formats instead of giving the option of Excel.
