"Couldn't find an easier software"

What do you like best about the product?
Is not hard to understand how the software works. Talkdesk is my preferred option as it is reliable, has good call quality, is easy to navigate and use and is essential for my workflow. Software is relatively straightforward and the administration of call flows is intuitive and logical.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about TalkDesk, the support is great whenever we have an issue and people are more than willing to help. Get resolutions on our issues right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did have a user dropping calls recently, but TD support helped and we figured it out right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a very easy & good interface to coordinate with team members and customers. The call quality is very good. Easy to call any number around the world. Easy functions & good graphical user interface. Very easy to operate. One thing to appreciate is that quick & prompt technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the incoming call ring is not audible on laptop.
Also faced one issue that software was corrupted & application was not opening. But with the help of Tech support that issue was resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can call customers quickly around the globe & coordination among team members is very easy. One can transfer calls to other agents easily. Overall efficiency is now improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic one-click button you can hover over to make a call instead if inputting it into the dial pad.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the confusion of warm transfers.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and integration of the product is good it meets our technical support needs and has a wide variety of integration aspects that make it worthwhile to deploy and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer and client relations can be adversarial at times. They need to work more on relating to the client and customer's needs more than just making money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and call flow issues have been resolved, along with some added features that have helped us manage missed and abandoned calls.

I am a relatively new talkdesk user and I have found it very user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capability to have options to create views, keep track of queues, and organize and Rep statuses as well as it shows you individual statuses in color, and time in the state.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the items that it makes it challenging for me is the time it takes to research and extracts data. It sometimes gets stuck when trying to view results or when submitting a request to view data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of call-taking logistics, inbound call intake queue, and organizing of different accounts and departments, the call data extraction and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The quality of audio when monitoring calls is outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
How easily I can make reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it takes a while for login and also the way how slow it gets with multiple tabs open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making reports for the team makes it much easier to get multiple things done.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk has cool reporting functions and studio, while hard to use, gives a lot of flexibility in call flow. CsM Nay Collins is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Texting, emails, chats, and handling missed calls are all awful. General service from the company - except for my CSM Nay - was very poor. I feel ive been lied to multiple times by talkdesk. Not a good company to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Splitting calls based on purpose of call, without having to use a manual IVR. We can use automatic functions to do this which saves lots of time and abandoned calls from occuring.

Be careful with the texting functions!

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user-friendly Talkdesk is! I never feel lost or uncomfortable when I'm making a call or checking my call history. Everything is always clear and easy to find, which makes Talkdesk perfect for any work environment. It's something that you can learn quickly and efficiently - perfect for busy people on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a slight delay during calls, which is typical for most internet-based call software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've come to see how big businesses can benefit from using these phones to keep an eye on their employee's calls and data. They work great, and I haven't had any problems.
