What makes our life easy with Connect Cloud: Vast Majority of Available connectors&No Code Interface

What do you like best about the product?
We were heavily reliant on our Development team to help us build pipelines and dashboards to make sense of our business data.
This used to lead to a lot of back and forth until business gets the dashboard that they desire. Now using Connect Cloud, our product managers themselves are able to create dashboard without relying on development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the connectors legacy or latest were already available in the Connect Cloud platform, so not much to dislike.

But, how other competitors offer mobile application as well for their softwares to visualise dashboards, if Connect Cloud also has a Mobile app, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried using alternatives to Connect Cloud but one pain point that Conncect Cloud was solving for us is the support of legacy connectors.
Some of our clients use Legacy ERPs and these are still supported by Connect Cloud is one reason that keeps us hooked.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone without a technical background.
It saves me a lot of time and effort

I've experienced occasional performance issues.

CData Connect Cloud has saved me countless hours by simplifying our data integration processes. We can now easily connect to all our cloud applications without writing any code.

CData Connect ease to use and ease to implement and it has a very good customer support . i use it frequently it also has number of features and is easy to integrate with any product.

overall the experience with CData Connect cloud was good but UI can improve little bit more.

Every facet of modern business is powered by data. Everyone has access to the data they require whenever and wherever they need it thanks to CData Connect Cloud. In the cloud, real-time data communication means there is no need for complicated data pipelines, installations, or delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a cloud-based solution, it could be vulnerable to outages or downtime if the servers that host the solution experience any problems. Additionally, because the solution is managed by a third-party provider, users could have less control over how the solution is configured or updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to connect disparate data sources and create a unified view of the data, which can then be used for reporting, analytics, or other business purposes. This can be especially useful for organizations that have a lot of data stored in different places, such as on-premises databases, cloud-based applications, or even proprietary systems.

When connecting Looker Studio to CData Connect Cloud, it is important to ensure that your data is secure. CData Connect Cloud does not encrypt data in transit or at rest, so it is important to take steps to secure your data yourself.

Our business can easily be the main focus instead of our data pipelines. We can simply manage all of our data in the cloud, on-prem, or in a hybrid environment with the help of straightforward, enterprise-level ETL/ELT integration technologies.

What do you like best about the product?
I think of it as a tool that makes connecting to various devices through various connectors quite simple. The security procedures for manipulating data are also something I genuinely like. It is often simple to adopt and highly advantageous for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email-based support is offered, but it can occasionally be unreliable. The primary product's documentation is adequate, but the cloud substitutes is a little sparse. The changes made in new releases are not well documented. The process for confirming product licenses is a little demanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company gains from this by offering a helpful service that can aid businesses in improving their operations and achieving their objectives. Furthermore, CData Connect Cloud is a cloud-based platform, making it simple to grow to meet the requirements of various enterprises. Another advantage that is assisting the business to develop and broaden its clientele is its scalability.
