Katalon is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Katalon is very flexible and our team can quickly respond to changes in the development environments, while in the test environments we can execute tests effectively. The reports are also very useful. We can serve many clients, easy manage tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we struggle to find exact solutions to certain problems, but the Community is often able to help us, even if the process takes a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The develop team has to test a very complex test cases, but we can help them with a semi-automated tests, We take a quality pledge to our versions.

It features spy web technology that allows you to access the test details directly from the user interface.

I guess when it is free version you have less ability and less features.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about working with Katalon Studio is the ease with which different types of tests can be automated within the same tool. From the first time I used it, I noticed that the learning curve is very accessible, as it combines an intuitive interface with the ability to work with more advanced scripts in Groovy or Java when I need it. I find it especially practical to be able to manage web, mobile, and API tests in a single environment, thus avoiding the need to rely on several separate platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty I find is that, when I have to edit the tests or debug, the process becomes a bit more complicated than expected.

Automation of QA testing for all interfaces.

Power of codeless scripting and support both web and mobile.

Katalon Studio sometile can be slow to launch and consume significant memory, especially on lower-spec machines hence Performance can degrade with large test suites.
