Excellent provider
What do you like best about the product?
This system is easy to use and has an intuitive interface for displaying your workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues with Lucid Charts so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system is the most effective tool I've found for diagramming our products and workflows.
Helps keep me organized
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed at which I can leverage a template and create a mind map
What do you dislike about the product?
The loss of created content if you lapse on the license. I had created several maps, but did not use the product for several months. Once I got approval to get a new license, when I logged in, everything was gone. I assume this is a data retention issue on Lucid's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual organization of the various components of systems and solutions I implement and support
It was simple to use especially with the visual example.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how straightforward it is. As a first-time user, I usually expect to spend a couple of hours figuring things out, but even though I was pressed for time, I managed just fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a textbox proved to be somewhat tricky, as the popup did not appear anywhere visible. I had to manually drag it onto the screen, and even then, changing the colour was not straightforward and felt a bit complicated as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to create diagrams for both functional systems and logical architectures. It helps me clearly represent the structure and relationships within my projects.
It’s good but not great.
What do you like best about the product?
I’m pretty new to the Lucid Visual Suite but my short experience has had its ups and downs. Lucidchart seems like a solid program for minds maps and collaborative projects and Lucidspark seems like it’d be good for a team meeting to go over what’s happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
I also have my peeves, but they’re small. My main issue is that the iPad app (where I’ll be using it most) is not available for free or individual users. Using the web portal is a bit annoying but manageable. But I’d prefer if the iPad app was opened up to free and individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t really explored the suite but I do find chart better to use instead of pen and paper for my schoolwork. It’s just easier and more efficient.
Seamless Interface Enhances Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless and intuitive user interface of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which is simple and easy to understand without needing extensive reading. The interface significantly aids my day-to-day activities and boosts my creativity as expected. I appreciate how seamlessly it facilitates team interactions and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see longer free trials and make the service more cost-effective. It should be affordable to a broader audience, not just a select group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to enhance communication and creativity, crucial for my day-to-day activities and team interaction.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use. I really appreciate the templates the most. That helped me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of making an account to use the product. Esp if I need to make a quick diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schoolwork. Creating charts.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. It is simple but has many features to assist in your work
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more shapes to suit your project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create diagram with simple visual so people can understand our layout of network.
Great visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that multiple people can collaborate on one board so everyone with access can see it in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would notify you if someone contributed something to the board while you were away so you knew to look for it. Right now it just has you refresh and tells you changes were made since you last accessed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started using this with a company who has used it for long. It's super easy to get started - no lengthy training required. I was able to jump in and add comments without never having used it before. This platform worked perfectly when we weren't able to share internal documents on a OneDrive or Sharepoint that many of us could collaborate together on one project.
Easy to operate, quick to learn!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid was incredibly easy to get up and running, with an intuitive interface that made it quick to learn. Building out process charts and workflows takes very little time, and the platform provides clean, professional visuals that make it easy to communicate complex ideas or workflows clearly. It’s been a great tool for mapping out processes and sharing them across teams for better understanding and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve only created one chart so far, but I haven’t found anything I dislike about the platform yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid made it easy to clearly and visually communicate processes to the team.
One of the best tools out there for organising complex workflows
What do you like best about the product?
How you can start small by defining a core process in your workflow and then expand from that in their "infinite" canvas
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much in particular, sometimes would be nice if you could have certain functionalities that organise and clean-up your flows in a way that is coherent and makes sense to avoid having to "make it nice" manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place where i can organise and map out all my workflows, process or basically any idea that i have in mind that requires some organisation.
