Useful for Visualizations, but Setup Needs Simplification
What do you like best about the product?
I value how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me synthesize data and create clear visualizations, which is beneficial for my projects. I also appreciate how creating workflows, charts, and graphs in Lucid Suite makes my tasks more manageable. The software's ease of use is something I find especially beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be tricky and not clear-cut. It seemed to assume prior familiarity with various tools and settings, which I didn't have, requiring me to do additional research on my own. I think it could have been made easier to use from the outset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to synthesize data into clear visualizations for my projects, which is beneficial for my current and future academic work.
Super helpful for middle users who need visuals
What do you like best about the product?
the premade professional templates are super helpful to save a ton of time when creating presentations, and even guiding thought processes around getting through a flow that may have branching paths versus getting stuck on one path. Easy to use, drag and drop, easy to share, more visual than most sandbox tools like OS offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
its probably a gap in my understanding of how to use but the ability to "flatten" or "group" shapes. Ex using the tool to map web flows it would be nice if once grouped you had to ungroup to modify or more importantly leave elements within the container. a "present" mode that makes the ctl+shift+click just click like powerpoint would also be nice

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility is impressive—I can rearrange the blocks however I like just by clicking on one, and the arrow moves are really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I wish the free mode allowed me to use more blocks. It would have made the experience much better.

Ease of use, Rough Idea to Polished Wireframe in Minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid transforms the workflow from a slow cycle of emailing static PDFs into a dynamic, real-time collaboration space.
This creates a single source of truth, ensuring everyone sees the latest version and can provide instant, contextual feedback, which dramatically speeds up projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
An area for potential improvement is the onboarding for more advanced functionalities. For features that weren't self-explanatory, I found myself turning to external video content for guidance, as it was sometimes clearer than the written documentation. Integrating more visual guides could help flatten the learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wire framing new reports
Pretty functional and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that both myself and my colleague can make changes on the fly and with ease too. Lucid is rather easy to grasp and works for what we need it for. To do the work we want to get done, having an easy of implementation is key, and Lucid offers this with several features that are self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of the programs I use do offer collaboration options, but they're often rooted in text-based formats. Lucid provides a great deal of visual flexibility that most other tools do not. This helps when we have references we want to consider.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “A Game-Changer for Organisational Clarity and Structure”
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Lucidchart primarily to create organisation charts and company structure diagrams, and it has truly transformed how I visualise and manage business hierarchies.
The platform is intuitive, flexible, and visually clean, making it easy to build and update complex structures without any technical background. The drag-and-drop interface saves a lot of time, and the collaborative features allow team members to provide input in real time — something that’s been invaluable for internal alignment.
I especially appreciate how Lucidchart keeps everything centralised and visually consistent, which helps when presenting to executives or onboarding new team members. It’s also easy to export and share charts across different formats.
Overall, Lucidchart has become an essential tool for maintaining organisational clarity and streamlining company structure planning. Highly recommended for any business looking to improve transparency and communication across teams.
