Professional way to create those flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
It provides powerful diagramming tools and the drag-and-drop functionality makes network diagram easier to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for users that have never used the tool before, it can take some time to produce high quality diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful to draw network diagrams to explain the flow of data and connectivity of applications.
Very good program for diagram presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create nice easy to follow visual diagrams for processes and such. Editing lines and boxes to fit to the drawing is all great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not difficult to learn but do not expect to learn it in just 5 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful for me in creating my projects. I create diagrams and flowcharts quickly and thus visualize simple as well as more complex processes.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Review
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Lucid’s Visual Collaboration Suite is how intuitive and versatile it is for both real-time collaboration and asynchronous planning. Whether it's creating user flows, brainstorming with cross-functional teams, or mapping out complex systems, Lucid makes it easy to visualize and communicate ideas clearly. The seamless integration with other tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace also streamlines workflows and keeps everything connected. It really helps bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid is a powerful and user-friendly tool, there are still some aspects that could use improvement. For instance, when creating more complex diagrams, the canvas can occasionally become cluttered, making it challenging to manage layers or align elements accurately without having to zoom in often. In addition, the version control system could be more intuitive, particularly when several collaborators are editing at the same time. Finally, some advanced features are restricted to higher-tier plans, which may be limiting for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite addresses the challenge of aligning cross-functional teams by making complex ideas easier to visualize and comprehend. I find it particularly valuable for mapping workflows, system architectures, user journeys, and strategic plans in a format that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In my experience, it enhances collaboration and decision-making by bringing diagrams, feedback, and documentation together in a single location. Additionally, it helps cut down on meeting time by supporting asynchronous collaboration and real-time updates, which keeps projects progressing smoothly.
On Purpose
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and visually strong user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't appeared on google search directly. One of my colleague suggested it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to created a decision tree for my team. I printed out and now they are using it on their desk.
Handy tool for quick flow chart design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create engineering plans and construction schedules that support my written content. Goes well for system layouts and flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality is perfect, so for now I don’t have anything I like least about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to produce expert and thorough visual representation of construction sections.
The right tool for diagramming and visual processes
What do you like best about the product?
It has really powerful functions that give life to each diagram and a very good tool to work on charts and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s definitely a powerful tool but maybe more than what casual users need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I need to draw something very quickly the tool gives me different shapes to define different functions.
Great for the team, a bit of a clunky UI experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful when you get the whole team on board. We use it for everything from brainstorming in Lucidspark to making process diagrams in Lucidchart, and it really does help us all see the same picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used simpler free tools for basic brainstorming that feel a little snappier for individual use. And file organization feels a bit messy sometimes; I've spent more time than I'd like digging around for a specific board or document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The suite solves numerous challenges related to communication and collaboration by using visuals to clarify complex concepts. It primarily benefits teams by improving alignment, accelerating project timelines, and enhancing productivity.
The best team whiteboard I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
When my team for an engineering class had us make this whiteboard, I thought it would be slow, laggy, and have very limited use for not the payed plan, I was very wrong. I am team leader and I have us do team meetings online over discord and through Lucid rather than in person. It helps keep us on track and organized. I enjoy going in after team meetings and creating a summary of what happened over that last week. I also enjoy being able to throw my ideas and research down unlike in Microsoft word. I tried using word as my idea compiler, but then when I needed to upload it to Lucid, it was very easy and intuitive. I don’t usually show off our or my work, but I love being able to show other classmates our Lucid board, and every time, they are blown away at how good it looks and how easy it is to use, and how much progress we have made not needing to fight over the software we will use. As it asked above, how likely are you to recommend Lucid to another friend or colleague, I am recommending it to everyone I can because of how good it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely have no hatred or dislikes about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. I have been blown away at how they have thought of everything that most people expect a great whiteboard software to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having a whiteboard software to use as a team that is not slow, not super limited, and is easy to use. I also have had no need to contact support. Support in general has been a pain in the butt in the past, but because of how amazing this software is, I have had no need for contact support because no problems occur.
Versatile diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visual friendliness of the flowcharts is my favorite. It allows me to link my diagrams to real-time data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe not with the application, however, I find it takes some time to send the login link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is very helpful when I want to generate schematics and block diagrams nicely.
Seamless Diagramming and Collaboration Powerhouse!
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to create professional diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps in minutes. Real-time collaboration shines—teams can edit simultaneously without chaos, and integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams keep everything connected. With a vast library of templates and shapes, it's perfect for brainstorming sessions or complex process mapping, boosting productivity across projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The enterprise pricing feels steep, especially when basic analytics require add-ons, which can surprise teams during scaling. For beginners, the sheer number of advanced features creates a learning curve, and customer support response times can lag during peak hours, leaving users waiting for resolutions on integration glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Lucid to tackle the chaos of siloed team workflows and outdated diagramming tools that bog down our project planning. It solves real-time collaboration hurdles in distributed teams by enabling seamless, infinite-canvas editing, cutting down miscommunications that used to waste hours in follow-up meetings. Previously, visualizing complex processes meant manual sketches in disparate apps, leading to inconsistencies and knowledge gaps—now, AI-powered diagramming and over 100 integrations with tools like Jira and Microsoft 365 streamline everything into one hub
