Streamlines Marketing Workflows with Ease

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map out marketing automation workflows, visualize campaign structures, and coordinate cross-team processes with sales and product, which helps me keep complex multichannel campaigns organized and easy to explain to stakeholders. I love how it untangles complicated marketing workflows involving multiple tools, teams, and approval steps, providing a clear visual way to show how campaigns move from concept to launch and reducing miscommunication. The feature I appreciate the most is its easy-to-use drag and drop interface that allows me to build clean, professional workflow diagrams without needing any design background. This makes mapping campaigns simple and is incredibly helpful when presenting processes to stakeholders who prefer visual explanations. The drag and drop interface is especially valuable because it lets me build and adjust campaign workflows in real time during meetings, allowing for quick rearrangements, adding new branches, or highlighting dependencies, which makes collaboration smoother and helps teams understand changes immediately. The initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was very easy, allowing me to create my account, join my team's workspace, and start building campaign workflows right away without needing any training or setup guidance. Additionally, I regularly use it alongside HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Asana, with Lucid helping me visualize campaign logic before building it inside HubSpot or Salesforce, while diagrams are often attached to Asana tasks to provide teams with a clear picture of the executed workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that large, multilayered workflows can become overwhelming on a single canvas, particularly when mapping out complex automation logic. This can make it challenging to maintain clarity and organization. Additionally, I wish there were more marketing-specific templates, such as prebuilt campaign funnels or lead scoring flows. Having these templates would save time and effort by allowing me to avoid building structures from scratch each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map and organize complex marketing workflows, reducing miscommunication and improving cross-team coordination with clear visual representations.

Effortless Collaboration, Minor Tweaks Needed

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its highly effective swim lane feature, which is incredibly valuable for project planning and setting up go-live dates. The ease of the drag-and-drop functionality simplifies my work and speeds up the planning process, making it less time-consuming and more efficient. The intuitive design and usability make it easy to understand and convenient to navigate, reducing any headaches during its use. Additionally, I find the visual colors not only appealing but also quite useful for clearly distinguishing between different elements of my projects. The enterprise-level direction of the software aligns well with our strategic goals. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition for my team. These features combined greatly enhance our collaboration and streamline my workflow, so I can focus on what truly matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a swim lane, it's not easy to edit the resource name. I need to delete that swim lane completely and then add a new name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for better collaboration and easy understanding through wireframes and flow charts.

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has a lot of Collaboration tools to work with team members to prototype ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindmaps are quite static because we cannot drag and drop the nodes. Also the Lucid AI could be enhanced to enable using different kind of shapes instead the default ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate the creation of diagrams for technical documentation

Intuitive Components Make Lucid a Standout Choice

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intutive with the components Lucid offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimum User Requirements and sometimes lags with large diagrams. Especially during presentaions lag is more irrititating. Hard to scroll on the chart. Easily components get unorganised.

100 out of 100 times we can use Lucid. Especially, with virtual learnings and Knowledge sharing sessions, lucid is great help to understand what other person trying to explain.

Simple, Collaborative, and User-Friendly

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its simplicity and ease of use, as it allows me to express my ideas effortlessly. The collaborative feature is a standout element, enhancing team interaction and project development. I also found the ease of access to use the tools effectively, which makes my design tasks for architecture diagrams and user flows much more manageable. Furthermore, the initial setup was very straightforward and the tutorial provided was very helpful, which eased the onboarding process. These aspects make the platform exceptionally valuable for my design needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the customization of arrows lacking, as they currently feel very fixed, which limits the flexibility of diagram design. Additionally, the placement of the export tab feels inconvenient since it's located in a dropdown menu instead of being directly visible in the main UI, which would make exporting charts easier while creating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for designing product architecture diagrams and user flows. It offers simplicity, ease of access, and excellent collaborative features, enabling me to express my ideas effectively.

Empowers Team Collaboration, Easy Integration Hiccups

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite empowers virtual teams by giving every team member a voice. It creates an inclusive environment where everyone can express their views safely. This feature is particularly valuable because it addresses the common issue of virtual team members not speaking up during meetings, as they often keep their microphones muted and cameras off. However, using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has changed this dynamic, encouraging open communication and collaboration. I also find its initial setup straightforward and easy, which made the transition smooth for my team. Overall, it enhances team communication and collaboration in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the configuration setup with Azure DevOps not amicable within our organization. The integration between Azure DevOps and LucidSpark is not as seamless as I would like, making it difficult to utilize that feature easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to enhance team collaboration, enabling meaningful discussions and retrospectives. It empowers virtual teams to express views safely, fostering inclusive communication.

Intuitive Interface and Best-in-Class Experience

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and simple to learn. It's best in class for what it does and I keep coming back to it over the years. It allows me to import my contacts from Salesforce to make beautiful account maps that help me shine to my leaders when discussing account plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import functions have gotten better over time but I still find it hard to import certain file types the way I'd like to. There's a lot of tooltips to find what I'm looking for. They use icons instead of text labels for everything and I have to hover over new tools to learn what they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid for account mapping my customers to better understand who reports to who within my target accounts. I've used it in both Customer Success and Sales roles to help keep track of complex, strategic accounts and to present to my leadership on how I'm growing my book of business. It helps me show the work I'm doing to know my customers and allows me to clearly visually communicate it to my leaders which has been well-received.
