What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is just super handy when you need to sketch out ideas quickly and clearly. It works well for everything from product roadmaps to technical diagrams, and the collaboration features make it easy to work with colleagues—even when everyone’s remote. The templates and integrations save time and help keep things smooth. It’s one of those tools that just fits into your daily work without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the more advanced stuff, like customizing shapes or tweaking styles, feels a bit clunky. And if you’re working on a big diagram with lots of people, it can slow down a bit. Nothing major, but worth mentioning.

Product roadmaps, resourcing, multi-department collaLucid helps streamline product roadmap planning, resourcing, and cross-functional collaboration. It enables clear visual communication between departments, which reduces misunderstandings and speeds up decision-making. The ability to align teams around shared goals and timelines in a single workspace has significantly improved our planning efficiency and transparency.

A must have for seamless team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes collaboration incredibly easy. The interface is intuitive, so anyone on the team can jump in without much training. It integrates smoothly with tools we already use like Jira and Slack, which means we can keep everything connected. I use it for brainstorming, planning, and team sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming deciding which tool or template to use because of the number of choices. But overall, the breadth of features is a strength once you know what’s there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps my team cut through the confusion that often comes with remote collaboration. Instead of endless back-and-forth messages or scattered documents, we can map out ideas, workflows, and projects visually in one place. This makes complex processes easier to understand, keeps everyone aligned, and saves us time by reducing miscommunication.
A Powerful Tool for Driving Engagement and Clarity in Learning Programs
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has become an invaluable tool in creating more engaging and interactive learning experiences. Its ability to visualize complex ideas, map out processes, and collaborate in real time makes it easy to design training programs that learners can actually connect with. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it allows cross-functional teams to contribute to content development, brainstorm ideas, and provide feedback—all in one shared space. The integrations with other workplace tools also reduce friction and make it simple to embed visuals directly into learning sessions or resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is robust, the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming at first for new users. It sometimes takes extra time to train facilitators and learners to navigate the interface comfortably. Additionally, occasional lag during large collaborative sessions can slow momentum, particularly when many participants are contributing at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is solving the challenge of keeping distributed teams aligned and engaged during learning initiatives. Instead of relying solely on static slide decks or lengthy documents, I can build interactive visual experiences that make complex information easier to understand and retain. The ability to collaborate in real time helps eliminate silos—subject matter experts, trainers, and participants can all contribute ideas and feedback simultaneously. This has shortened development cycles for training programs, increased learner engagement, and made it easier to measure understanding through collaborative activities. Ultimately, it supports a more inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
Intuitive and powerful tool for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive the interface is and how quickly new users can get up to speed. The wide range of templates and diagramming options makes it easy to brainstorm, plan projects, or communicate complex ideas. Real-time collaboration is seamless and allows distributed teams to stay aligned without confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid is highly capable, large or complex diagrams can occasionally lag, especially when collaborating with many users at once. The pricing model can also feel a bit restrictive for smaller teams who want access to advanced features. Integrations are strong overall, but a few could be smoother to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps my team take complex ideas and turn them into clear, visual workflows that everyone can understand quickly. It reduces miscommunication during projects, makes remote collaboration more efficient, and ensures that stakeholders have a single source of truth. By using Lucid, we’ve cut down meeting times and improved project alignment across departments.
