What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual nature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's a perfect tool for creating flow charts and process digrams. I love how it makes it extremely easy to illustrate complex processes so that they can be easily understood. Also, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides a single, centralized location where all team members can work together collaboratively to solve a problem or brainstorm alternative strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for quite a long time and till now, i haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite daily and the various templates provided help us to easily arrive at the right template to be used. It is very user friendly and allows us to model our ideas in flow charts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good tool for diagramming, and the instructions are available the first time you log in. We use it to map out draft versions of proposed processes and collaborate as we build them out. It is an extremely intuitive and easy-to-use software to diagram process flows and business mechanisms. The overall significance) experience has been extremely convenient and hassle-free.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool for modeling systems at a high level and communicating with others. It is compatible with Visio which is commonly used in the industry for diagrams.

Occasional layout glitches, limited offline capability, and higher-tier features locked behind steep pricing.

It replaces manual diagramming with fast, structured visuals, cuts time spent on layout work, standardizes documentation, and keeps team input in one place without version chaos.
Great and amazing software to use with teams.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to draw flow charts, organizational charts and mind maps. I like how it allows us to focus on larger things while spending very less time on creating diagrams. I like the fact that i can put a lot of different information and channels and diagram it easily. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite improve and standardize any process with organized flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, integrations are a bit hard to set up. Apart from this nothing much to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to customize to what i need. Also, with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, you can work alongside collaborators on the same canvas simultaneously, even when working in the same room isn't an option.
Shapes and connectors inserted very easily to make network diagrams effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of predefined diagram templates provides a solid basis for creating different types of diagrams to visualize network architecture and they can be expanded easily using the connectors to achieve a full pictured representation of our network connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I like least about the tool is that I had to rearrange the layout a little bit to fit my screen size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing a sequence of events to trace the progression of an attack and mapping indicators of compromise has been very helpful and essential for network monitoring and analysis.
Modern, seamless platform built for very detailed diagrams and flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Availability of icons and lines which helps me to draw the diagram quickly combined with the smooth drag and drop makes this platform perfect for my projects that require flowcharts to support consistency in how tasks are performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal experience it is a very simple platform to use and I have not found any defects or difficulties in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s easy to use across a range of areas, but specifically I use it to create org charts, flowcharts that illustrate how internal controls are integrated into financial processes and the diagrams are very good at tracing the path of financial information.

What do you like best about the product?
Among many features is the freehand drawing, which allows us to seamlessly work and move around the canvas. We can define our processes, project planning and analysis with so much ease with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Since it's a cloud-based solution, any member of my team with access can start the creation of the process, and any other team member can update the board anytime with the next step.

Till now Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very useful to me and I'm unable to find any con.

Live diagram editing is particularly efficient and achievable with remarkable speed

Lucid is very handy to draw diagrams and gives me a lot of control over the appearance of my diagrams because of its drag-and-drop interface and the wide variety of shapes available.

There was nothing of note that was inconvenient when using Lucid for my diagrams creation purposes.

I was able to quickly create many diagrams and procedure flowcharts that help show the connection between mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

I feel the guided outline could be improved when inviting others to collaborate. New users often find it challenging to figure out how the collaboration process works. The initial setup was a bit difficult until I received guidance from a representative.
