Super useful for visual planning and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive Lucid is to use. Even when I first started using it, I didn’t need much of a learning curve. The drag-and-drop interface just makes everything smoother, and it’s really great for visualizing processes or brainstorming ideas. I use it a lot for building flowcharts and project maps, and it’s been super helpful for getting everyone on the same page. Also, the real-time collaboration is a big win being able to work with teammates at the same time without any confusion is just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a bit laggy if the diagram gets too complex or has a lot of elements. Also, I wish there were a few more templates that fit niche use cases. The ones they have are solid, but a little more variety would be great. Other than that, I don’t have many complaints it gets the job done really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me a lot with turning messy ideas into something visual and easy to understand. It’s especially useful when I need to explain workflows or processes to teammates or clients. Before this, I was using slides or drawing things by hand, which just took more time and wasn’t that clear. Lucid makes it quicker to communicate ideas, saves back-and-forth time, and keeps everyone aligned especially during remote meetings or async work.
Outstanding Collaboration, Needs More Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the collaborative features of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The platform offers exceptional collaboration tools that facilitate teamwork effectively. It allows for seamless access management and sharing between co-workers, making it easy to coordinate and work on projects together. The AI diagramming feature is a standout, helping me to generate essential diagrams quickly and efficiently, which is incredibly useful. The clean user interface and the enhanced collaborative environment were significant factors that led our team to switch to this tool, and they continue to be aspects I value greatly. Additionally, the initial setup process was incredibly straightforward and user-friendly, as simple as signing up with emails, which saved us a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a harsh limit to stuff, which I really don't like. The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite lacks a note-taking tool, which I find essential to offload and organize my thoughts. Additionally, the absence of comments with anchor points is a significant drawback for me, as it limits my ability to provide precise feedback or annotations on diagrams.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for clear diagramming, exporting in various formats, and facilitating team collaboration with access management and AI diagramming for quick creation.
Fast, Intuitive, and Worry-Free Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's very quick and easy to get started. The interface is very intuitive, and progress is saved by default -- you never have to worry about losing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generator is not very good, and file organisation is terrible. Once you start to build up a body of projects, it's very difficult to navigate between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to map data, applications, and processes I'm flexible visual arrangements. Lucid allows me to do this effortlessly and pivot at any point in my diagramming without needing to restart, move everything, resize canvases, etc.
Intuitive Visual Collaboration Suite with Powerful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization that the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers. I can edit all aspects of the graphics and adjust everything to my specific needs, which is essential for my university work. The ability to add, remove features, connect different sections, and change text and colors gives me total freedom to communicate my ideas effectively. Lucid has helped me immensely in my academic progress, as it facilitates the outlining of my work with various charts, schemes, and diagrams. It's impressive how I can visually communicate concepts that I previously developed, especially in text format.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite can initially be somewhat unintuitive, making it difficult to understand how to use it at first glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to outline university work with charts and diagrams, improving my communication of ideas. The customization allows me to adjust everything to my needs, although it is initially not very intuitive.
Lucid Suite Making my process views understandable and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
For me Lucid is an amazing tool to help with process diagrams and process flows. It is so easy to use that even I can use it. I struggled with other tools and am not sure why anyone would want to use anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about the Lucid Suite. I am sure there are little conveniences that can be dont to help add shapes quicker or maybe add some additional shapes and formats for lanes, but I typically have no issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve the need for process flows and diagrams using swim lanes in my business world. Customers help rely on these for visuals and the tool is so easy that even I as a caveman can use it :)

I value the seamless collaboration it facilitates among different teams, allowing for better communication and faster work processes. The real-time collaboration feature is fantastic for keeping everyone on the same page and in sync. Additionally, its ability to remove friction from designing, explaining, and maintaining complex operational and technical structures makes my workflow much more efficient. The ease of initial setup, especially with the cloud version, is also noteworthy as it allows for a plug-and-play experience, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our existing workflow.

I believe there are areas where Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite can improve. Firstly, the auto-layout options could be more advanced to enhance design efficiency. Reusing components across diagrams is possible but not as seamless as it could be, which can hinder workflow continuity. Additionally, more native integrations for technical teams would be beneficial, especially with platforms like Confluence, Jira, and GitHub. The ability to embed live models instead of static images would greatly improve usability across these tools. Lastly, sharing large diagrams in smaller segments or sections would aid in better collaboration and communication.

Lucid Transforms Creative Design Systems with Powerful AI Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across two organizations as a Freelance Designer and Creative Director. How I am able to create visual representations of design systems automatically via AI initiatives which help visualize business processes. Lucid increase transparency by enhancing clear visibility into creative processes between team and stakeholders in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from how wasn’t been able to use the mobile apps when I was using the Individual tier, I do not have any other overwhelming issue since I upgraded to Enterprise Plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing and planning creative projects is one of the many benefits but core one that experience with Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
Visualizing and mapping insurance claims processes is the main aspect that I like as an Insurance Biller since I am able to identify bottlenecks to make informed business decisions. In addition, it has been seamless to manage denied claims through root cause analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark and they barely pose any issues through my PC browser since I am not a big fun of mobile phone usage.

Patient flow visualization in our healthcare system has been perfect through registration, appointment scheduling and billing.

What do you like best about the product?
How I am able to map assets in my Consulting firm is what I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since I am able to fully understand their location, condition and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate it when I am outdoors and I am forced to use my browser application on my iOS device since it requires a lot of zooming in and out when diagramming and charting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall asset risk management is my main benefit of using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite through identifying and mitigating threats associated to assets.
